Cílem projektu je modernizace podnikatelských nemovitostí včetně související infrastruktury. Předmětem projektu je rekonstrukce areálu společnosti Gabriel s.r.o. včetně skladů, kanceláří, sociálního zázemí a šaten pro zaměstnance a místnosti pro kotel. Díky využití současného brownfieldu, který je ve zchátralém stavu a nevyužitý, bude mít projekt pozitivní dopad na životní prostředí. The project aims at the modernisation of business real estate including related infrastructure. The project involves the reconstruction of the Gabriel s.r.o. site, including warehouses, offices, social background and changing rooms for staff and room for the boiler room. The project will have a positive impact on the environment thanks to the use of the existing brownfield sites, which is at a bad state and unused.
