Záměrem projektu je vytvoření nové sdílené inovační infrastruktury Inovačního centra - podnikatelského inkubátoru Libereckého kraje (IC-PILK) o kapacitě 3767, 74 m2, a to jako nástroje pro další rozvoj lokálního podnikání v Libereckém kraji se službami explicitně zaměřenými na podporu start-up a etablovaných malých a středních firem.
