Podstatou projektu je implementace inovace produktu a procesu výroby parabolických listových pružin vyššího řádu. Produktová inovace spočívá ve výrobě nových typů pružin, což povede ke zlepšení vlastností a pevnosti produktu. Inovace procesu spočívá v optimalizaci režimu tepelného zpracování pružin, rozšíření výrobního procesu o nové operace, a dále v novém konstrukčním řešení - ve spojení dvou linek s vlastním ohřevem do jedné štíhlé výrobní linky. The essence of the project is the implementation of product innovation and the production process of higher order parabolic leaf springs. Product innovation consists of producing new types of springs, which will lead to improvements in product characteristics and strength. The process innovation consists of optimising the spring heat treatment mode, extending the production process with new operations, as well as in a new design solution – in combination with two lines with its own heating into one slender production line. The new line will be fully automatic. (English)
