POWIAT PYRZYCKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W PYRZYCACH

Zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy w powiecie pyrzyckim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia lub rozpoczęcie własnej działalności gospodarczej (samozatrudnienie) przez osoby bezrobotne z terenu powiatu pyrzyckiego. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęci: osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby niepełnosprawne, długotrwale bezrobotni i osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach dla których zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy został ustalony I lub II profil pomocy. Projekt w ramach przedmiotowego działania przyczyni się osiągnięcia realizacji celu szczegółowego RPO WZ 2014-2020 tj.: zwiększenie zatrudnienia wśród osób bezrobotnych, poszukujących pracy i nieaktywnych zawodowo znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy. Osoby bezrobotne w ramach projektu skorzystać będą mogły z szerokiego wachlarza usług jakie ma do zaoferowania PUP w Pyrzycach tj. IPD (założenie lub modyfikacja już istniejącego), doradztwo zawodowe lub/i pośrednictwo pracy, staż, szkolenia, zatrudnienia w ramach prac interwencyjnych, zatrudnienia w ramach doposażenia/wyposażenia stanowiska pracy lub będą mogły skorzystać z dotacji na rozpoczęcie własnej działalności gospodarczej. Increase the employability of people aged 30 and over who are particularly vulnerable on the labour market in the Pyrzyc County. The main result of the project will be to take up employment or start their own business (self-employment) by the unemployed from the area of the Pyrzyce district. The project will support the following: persons aged 50 and over, women, disabled people, long-term unemployed and low-skilled persons for whom the I or II aid profile has been established in accordance with the Employment Promotion Act and Labour Market Institutions. The project under this action will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of ROP General 2014-2020, i.e.: increase employment among unemployed, job-seekers and inactive people in particularly vulnerable labour market situations. The unemployed will be able to benefit from a wide range of services offered by PUP in Pyrzyce, i.e. IPD (establishment or modification of an existing one), professional advice and/or job intermediation, traineeship, training, employment in intervention work, employment under retrofitting/equipment of a job or will be able to benefit from grants to start up their own business.
