CEL PROJEKTU: Wzrost aktywności zawodowej 50 os. w wieku 30 lat i więcej, znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy (RP),zamieszkałych (zgodnie z KC) w gminach SSW w pow.: gryfińskim (PG) oraz pyrzyckim (PP) poprzez realizację kompleksowego wsparcia prowadzącego do podjęcia zatr.przez min. 24 UP w terminie: 1.02.2018 do 30.06.2019 r.GR. DOCELOWA(GD): 50os. biernych zawodowo, w wieku 30 lat i więcej, w tym kobiety (K): 17os. Pozostałe grupy w ramach struktury GD: 1.os. z niepełnospraw. (ON): 5os./2K, 2.os. w wieku pow. 50r.ż.: 5os./3K 3.os. o niskich kwalifikacjach (NK): 40os./12K. GD uzyskująca wsparcie w ramach proj. jest zgodna z zapisami SOOP RPO WZ 2014-2020 oraz Regulaminem konkursu, w ramach Działania 6.5 RPO WZ 2014-2020. DZIAŁANIA PROJEKTOWE:1.IPD (identyfikacja potrzeb i diagnoza możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zaw.).2. indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy (PP) i poradnictwo zawodowe(PZ)- 3.Warsztaty Poszukiwania Pracy (WPP) 4. szkolenia zaw. - 50os. 5.staże zaw. - 40os./14K.6.Wsparcie ON w st.um. przez trenera pracy. Dzięki działaniom proj. osiągnięte zostaną następujące TRWAŁE REZULTATY: 1.31%UP zdobędzie adekwatne do potrzeb RP kwalifikacje zaw. 2.50 UP uzyska kompetencje. 3.40 UP zdobędzie/odświeży doświadczenie zaw. W wyniku realizacji proj. ZATRUDNIENIE uzyska min.: 1.33% os. pow. 50 r.ż. 2.39% K 3.33% ON 4.38% os. NK. Min. 60% UP, , które odbywały staże zaw.tj. 24 UP w ramach proj. uzyska zatrudnienie. Wsparcie proj. ma charakter indywidualny i kompleksowy tj. obejmuje co najmniej trzy formy wsparcia skierowane do każdego UP (obligatoryjne dla wszystkich UP: identyfikacja potrzeb – IPD, PP,PZ dodatkowo szkolenie zaw. dla wszystkich 50os. oraz staż zaw. dla 40 UP). Wsparcie zostanie dostosowane do ich indywidualnych potrzeb i możliwości w korelacji z zapotrzebowaniem rynku pracy.Projekt spełnia kryt.premiujące(KP) nr: 3 i 4. (Polish)

OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: Increase in professional activity of 50 people aged 30 and over, who are in a particularly difficult labour market situation (RP), residents (according to the KC) in the SSW municipalities in the area of: Gryfinski (PG) and Pyrzycki (PP) through the implementation of comprehensive support leading to a minimum of 24 UP undertaken by: 1.02.2018 by 30.06.2019 target (GD): 50 people professionally inactive, aged 30 and over, including women (K): 17 o'clock. Other groups within the structure of the HG: 1.person of disability. (ON) 5os./2K, 2.person in the age of the district. 50 year: 5os./3K 3.person with low-qualified (NK): 40 people./12K. GD receiving support under the project is in accordance with the provisions of SOOP RPO WZ 2014-2020 and the Rules of Procedure of the contest, as part of Measure 6.5 of the RPO WZ 2014-2020. Project Actions:1.IPD (identification of needs and diagnosis of possibilities in the field of improvement in case).2. Individual job intermediation (PP) and career guidance (PZ) – 3.Workshops for job search (WPP) 4. training incl. — 50 people. 5. internship. — 40 people/14K.6.Support of ON in st.um. by a work trainer. Through the project, the following TREATMENT RESULTS will be achieved: 1.31 % of the company will be qualified in accordance with the needs of the Republic of Poland. 2.50 UP will acquire competences. 3.40 UP will gain/refresh experience incl. As a result of the project. Employment will be obtained by min.: 1.33 % of pers. 50 years old. 2.39 % K 3.33 % ON 4.38 % pers. IT’S NK. At least 60 % of UP who held internships incl. 24 UP will obtain employment under the project. Project support is individual and comprehensive, i.e. includes at least three forms of support addressed to each UP (binding for all UPs): identification of needs – IPD, PP,PZ additionally training incl. for all 50 people and internship incl. for 40 UP). The support will be tailored to their individual needs and opportunities in correlation with labour market demand.The project meets the criteria. 3 and 4. (English)
