Intencją do realizacji Projektu jest wzrost poziomu konkurencyjności i kondycji zachodniopomorskich przedsiębiorstw poprzez zmniejszenie barier w dostępie do usług rozwojowych dla nich oraz ich pracowników w zakresie podniesienia ich kompetencji. W ramach projektu w sposób systemowy zapewniona zostanie możliwość refundacji kosztów związanych z realizacją usług rozwojowych w ramach oferty dostępnej w BUR, odpowiadających w największym stopniu na ich aktualne potrzeby. Przewiduje się objęcie wsparciem zachodniopomorskich mikro, małych i średnich przedsiębiorców w łącznej liczbie 1250 i 4200 ich pracowników (w tym do końca 2020 r. 500 osób), co stanowi 1,26% ogółu aktywnych MŚP w regionie. Zakłada się, że min. 25% będą stanowili pracownicy lub osoby samozatrudnione, w wieku powyżej 50 lat (kryt.premiujące), dodatkowo 30% będą stanowić osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach (dane z FUR). W rezultacie Projektu 90% MŚP osiągnie swój cel rozwojowy i 90% ich pracowników uzyska kwalifikacje lub nabędzie kompetencje. Stworzony Fundusz będzie skierowany zarówno do MŚP świadomych swoich potrzeb rozwojowych i braków kompetencyjnych, umiejących samodzielnie wybrać realizatorów usług, jak i tych, którzy tych potrzeb nie są świadomi lub też nie potrafią istniejących problemów zdiagnozować Nie przewiduje się ograniczeń w dostępie dla MŚP, ale poprzez różne poziomy dofinansowania usług minimalizowane będą zidentyfikowane luki na rynku, a tym samym realizowane będą cele RPO WZP. W ramach projektu przewidziano 2 zadania: 1.Zapewnienie 3 mobilnych doradców umożliwiających równomierny dostęp dla wszystkich MŚP w regionie, 2.Refundowanie zrealizowanych usług rozwojowych dla MSP kwalifikujących się do wsparcia. Oprócz ww. zapewnione zostaną zasoby Wnioskodawcy umożliwiające płynną realizację projektu, w tym elektroniczny obieg dokumentów w relacji Operator-Uczestnik ( kompatybilny z BUR) poprzez możliwość złożenia skanów dokumentów zgłoszeniowych, rozliczeniowych, elektronicznego (Polish)

The intention to implement the Project is to increase the level of competitiveness and condition of West Pomeranian enterprises by reducing barriers to access to development services for them and their employees in terms of improving their competences. The project will ensure that the costs associated with the implementation of development services can be reimbursed in a systemic way as part of the offer available in BUR, which is best suited to their current needs. Support for West Pomeranian micro, small and medium-sized enterprises of a total of 1250 and 4200 of their employees (including 500 persons by the end of 2020) is envisaged, representing 1.26 % of the total number of active SMEs in the region. It is assumed that at least 25 % will be employees or self-employed people over the age of 50 (referencing cover), an additional 30 % will be low-skilled (FUR data). As a result, 90 % of SMEs will reach their development goal and 90 % of their employees will be qualified or acquired competences. The Fund will target both SMEs aware of their development needs and skills gaps, able to choose service providers themselves, and those who are unaware or unable to diagnose these needs.There are no restrictions on access for SMEs, but through different levels of service funding, identified market gaps will be minimised and the objectives of the ROP JPA will be met. The project envisages 2 tasks: 1.Providing 3 mobile advisors enabling equal access for all SMEs in the region, 2.Refunded development services for SMEs eligible for support. In addition to the above mentioned, resources will be provided to the Applicant for smooth implementation of the project, including the electronic circulation of documents in the Operator-Participant’s relationship (compatible with BUR) through the possibility of submitting scans of notification, settlement, electronic documents (English)
