Przedsięwzięcie pn. „Budowa przedszkola w Starych Oborzyskach” obejmowało będzie prace budowlane oraz promocję projektu. Projekt polegał będzie na budowie przedszkola 4-oddziałowego. Inwestycja zlokalizowana zostanie na działce nr 273/6. Zaprojektowany budynek będzie obiektem jednokondygnacyjnym z rozczłonkowaną bryłą. Obiekt dobudowany będzie do istniejącego Zespołu Szkół w Starych Oborzyskach. W ramach inwestycji zaprojektowano 4 miejsca postojowe na istniejącym parkingu wzdłuż ulicy Szkolnej. W części tylnej nowoprojektowanego przedszkola zlokalizowana zostanie ścieżka z aneksem wypoczynkowo-rekreacyjnym. Istniejący plac zabaw dla dzieci znajduje się w odległości około 100 m od przedszkola – na terenie kompleksu Zespołu Szkół. Przedszkole o powierzchni zabudowy 824,50 m2, powierzchni użytkowej 719,07 m2, kubaturze 3090,0 m3 posiadało będzie 4 sale zajęć, salę do zajęć ruchowych, zaplecze socjalne dla pracowników wraz z wc, wózkarnię, aneks szatniowy, pomieszczenia administracji, pomieszczenia dydaktyczne, magazyny podręczne oraz magazyn sprzętu gimnastycznego. W przedszkolu w każdej z czterech sal zajęć przebywało będzie max. 25 dzieci na czas dłuższy niż 5 godzin.W wyniku realizacji przedmiotowego projektu powstanie nowy, przestrzenny obiekt umożliwiający edukację przedszkolną dla dzieci w wieku 3-6 lat z Gminy Kościan. Stworzenie nowego obiektu zapewni miejsca wychowania przedszkolnego dla 100 dzieci. Wybudowanie obiektu o dużej powierzchni umożliwi również rozszerzenie dotychczasowej oferty przedszkola poprzez możliwość realizacji większej ilości zajęć. Realizacja projektu rozwiąże problem zbyt małej ilości miejsc wychowania przedsz. na omawianym obszarze oraz przyczyni się do poprawy dostępności edukacji przedszkolnej.W ramach realizacji projektu osiągnięte zostaną wskaźniki produktu: liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury przedszkolnej-1 szt. i potencjał objętej wsparciem infrastruktury w zakresie opieki nad dziećmi lub infrastruktury edukacyjnej-105 os. Enterprise Mon. “Construction of kindergarten in the Old Town” will include construction works and the promotion of the project. The project will consist of the construction of a 4-department kindergarten. The investment will be located on plot no. 273/6. The designed building will be a one-storey building with a dismembered body. The building will be added to the existing School Complex in Old Oborzysky. As part of the investment, 4 parking spaces were designed in the existing parking lot along Szkolna Street. In the rear part of the newly designed kindergarten there will be a path with a recreational and recreational annex. The existing playground for children is located about 100 m from the kindergarten – on the premises of the School Complex. The kindergarten with an area of 824.50 m², usable area of 719.07 m², a cubicle of 3090.0 m³ will have 4 classrooms, a working room, a social facilities for employees including wc, a wheelchair, a locker room, administration rooms, teaching rooms, hand-held warehouses and a gymnastic equipment warehouse. In the kindergarten there will be a maximum of 25 children for more than 5 hours in each of the four classrooms.As a result of this project, a new spatial facility will be created enabling preschool education for children aged 3-6 years from the commune of Kościan. The creation of a new facility will provide places of pre-school education for 100 children. The construction of a large-scale facility will also enable the existing kindergarten offer to be extended by the possibility of performing more classes. Implementation of the project will solve the problem of too few places of upbringing in this area and will contribute to improving the availability of preschool education.As part of the project, product indicators will be achieved: number of pre-school facilities supported by 1 pcs and the potential of childcare or educational infrastructure support-105 people.
