Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja 7 obiektów mieszkaniowych ( wielorodzinnych) komunalnych należących do gminy Pełczyce, która znajduje sie na obszarze podstawowym Specjalnej Strefy Włączenia. Przedsięwzięcie zrealizowane zostanie w 2019-2020 roku. Wnioskodawca dysponuje audytami energetycznymi, dokumentacją techniczną. Zgłoszono wszystkie prace termomodernizacyjne planowane do wykonania. Uzyskano pozwolenia na budowę odnośnie instalacji pieców gazowych. Projekt cechuje wysoka gotowość formalna, brak konieczności przeprowadzania OOŚ. Wnioskodawca uzyskał opinię RDOŚ o braku wpływu na obszary Natura 2000 oraz na środowisko wodne. Bezpośrednio po zakończeniu realizacji projektu możliwe jest wykorzystanie pełnej funkcjonalności infrastruktury i nie wymaga dodatkowych nakładów. Efekt ekologiczny( rezultaty projektu) w postaci redukcji emisji Co2 będzie widoczny po roku od zakończenia inwestycji. Wnioskodawca zamierza edukować mieszkańców termomodoernizowanych budynków w zakresie właściwego racjonalnego użytkowania obiektem w celu utrwalenia trwałości efektów jak i wzrostu ich świadomości ekologicznej. Element DEMONSTRACYJNY (informacyjny)dotyczy organizacji spotkań z mieszkańcami poszczególnych budynków prowadzonych przez pracowników Urzędu na temat efektywności, wzrostu wykorzystania oze oraz wpływu takich działań na ochronę środowiska. The subject of the project is the modernisation of 7 residential (multi-family) municipal buildings belonging to Pełczyce commune, which is located in the main area of the Special Inclusion Zone. The project will be implemented in 2019-2020. The applicant shall have energy audits, technical documentation. All thermo-modernisation works planned to be carried out have been submitted. Construction permits were obtained for the installation of gas furnaces. The project is characterised by high formal readiness and no need for EIA. The applicant received the opinion of RDOŚ on the lack of impact on Natura 2000 sites and the aquatic environment. Immediately after the completion of the project, it is possible to use the full functionality of the infrastructure and does not require additional expenditure. The environmental impact (project results) in the form of a reduction of Co2 emissions will be visible one year after the completion of the investment. The applicant intends to educate residents of thermo-doered buildings within the scope of proper rational use of the facility in order to consolidate the sustainability of effects and increase their ecological awareness. The demonstration (information) element concerns the organisation of meetings with residents of individual buildings conducted by employees of the Office on the effectiveness, increase of use of oze and the impact of such activities on environmental protection. These actions will not generate additional costs. (English)
