Wnioskodawcą projektu jest Gmina Pyrzyce. W ramach realizacji projektu termomodernizacji zostaną poddane obiekty użyteczności publicznej mieszczące się w: - Budynku Szkoły Podstawowej w Okunicy, Okunica 23 – obręb Okunica, nr działki 162, KW: SZ2T/00026829/5, - Budynku Szkoły Podstawowej z Oddziałami Integracyjnymi w Pyrzycach ul. Poznańska 2 - obręb 10 Pyrzyce, działki: 10/5, KW: SZ2T/00026532/6, 10/1,n KW: SZ2T/00028321/8, 13/2 KW: SZ2T/00028321/8, - Budynku Pyrzyckiej Szkoły Muzycznej w Pyrzycach ul. Jana Pawła II nr 5 – obręb 9 Pyrzyce, działka 336/4, KW: SZ2T/00005829/2. Przedmiotowy projekt zostanie zrealizowany w okresie 01.07.2017 r. – 31.12.2018 r. Projekt będzie realizowany trybem „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”. W związku z powyższym dokumentacja projektowa stanowi koszt kwalifikowalny. W ramach realizacji robót budowlanych zostaną wykonane prace związane z termomodernizacją (wykaz prac został określony w audycie energetycznym oraz studium wykonalności), budową instalacji fotowoltaicznej wraz z systemem demonstracyjnym. Ponadto zaplanowane zostały wydatki: inżyniera nadzoru oraz promocji projektu. W ramach realizacji inwestycji zostaną osiągnięte kluczowe wskaźniki: - Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych [tony równoważnika CO2/rok] – 199,06 - Zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych [kWh/ rok] – 885 114,00 - Zmniejszenie zużycia energii końcowej w wyniku realizacji projektów [GJ/rok] – 3 173,51. The project’s applicant is the Municipality of Pyrzyce. Within the framework of the thermo-modernisation project, public utilities will be subjected to: — Building of the Primary School in Okunica, Okunica 23 – Okunica, plot no. 162, KW: SZ2T/00026829/5, – Building of the Primary School with Integration Branches in Pyrzyce Street. Poznańska 2 – perimeter 10 Pyrzyce, plots: 10/5, KW: SZ2T/00026532/6, 10/1,n KW: SZ2T/00028321/8, 13/2 KW: SZ2T/00028321/8, – Building of the Pyrzyce School of Music in Pyrzyce Street. John Paul II no. 5 – perimeter 9 Pyrzyce, plot 336/4, KW: SZ2T/00005829/2. The project will be implemented between 01.07.2017 and 31.12.2018. The project will be implemented using the “design and build” mode. Therefore, the project documentation constitutes an eligible cost. As part of the implementation of the construction works, works related to thermal modernisation will be carried out (the list of works has been specified in the energy audit and feasibility study), the construction of a photovoltaic installation together with a demonstration system. In addition, expenditure is planned: supervising engineer and project promotion. Key indicators will be achieved as part of the implementation of the investment: — Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions [tonnes of CO2/year equivalent] – 199,06 – Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings [kWh/year] – 885 114,00 – Reduction of final energy consumption as a result of projects [GJ/year] – 3 173.51.
