Celem projektu wzrost postaw prospołecznych, aktywnego udziału w życiu społ. i poprawa sytuacji rodzinnej 43 osób, w tym 24K i 19 M z gminy Kiwity zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społ., a także ich otoczenia z rodzin dotkniętych wykluczeniem z co najmniej kilku powodów określonych w art. 7 ustawy o pomocy społecznej w okresie od II 2019 do VII 2020 poprzez realizację zintegrowanych usług aktywiz.-integrac. Każdy z uczestników zostanie poddany wieloproblemowej diagnozie zasobów i deficytów przez zespół specjalistów na podstawie diagnozy dla każdego uczestnika zostanie przygotowana zostanie ISW, obejmująca przynajmniej 3 wsparcia określone w projekcie. Będzie to poradnictwo specjalist. (prawne, psychologiczne), wsparcie asystenta, usługi opiekuńcze dla osób starszych i niepełnosprawnych oraz dzieci. Projekt zakłada również pracę metoda animacji. The aim of the project is to increase pro-social attitudes, active participation in the community and improve the family situation of 43 people, including 24K and 19 M from Kiwity commune at risk of poverty and/or exclusion, as well as their surroundings from families affected by exclusion for at least a few of the reasons set out in Article 7 of the Social Assistance Act during the period II 2019 to VII 2020 through the implementation of integrated activation services.-integrac. Each participant will be subjected to a multi-disciplinary diagnosis of resources and deficits by a team of specialists based on a diagnosis for each participant, covering at least 3 support specified in the project. It will be specialist counseling. (legal, psychological), assistant support, care services for elderly and disabled people and children. The project also assumes a method of animation. (English)
