Przedmiotem inwestycji jest rozbudowa zadasz. sceny i widowni plenerowej w Lidzbarku Warmińskim na działkach o nr ew. nr 189, 242 obręb nr 7 Lidzbark, jednostka ewid. Lidzbark Warm. Realiz. powyższ. zakresu włączając odpowiednie wyposażenie pozwoli na organiz. 5 imprez kultur.opisanych w sw. Dzięki realizacji projektu nastąpi popr. oferty oraz wzrost wizerunku miasta w regionie, co przełoży się na zwiększenie atrakc. miasta dla jego mieszkańców i odwiedz. turystów i gości. Nie bez znaczenia jest wydłużenie sezonu org. imprez kultur. niezależnie od warunków pogod. oraz ich łatwiejsze planowanie, dzięki planow. zadaszeniu sceny i widowni. Szczeg. informacje na temat zakresu rzecz. i przyjętych rozw. znajduje się w rozdz. 2.2 s. wyk. oraz w wyciągu z dokum. techn. będącej załącz. do wniosku. Cały zakres inwestycji wdraż. będzie przez benefic., tj. Gm. Miejską Lidzbark Warm., która wyodr. ze swej struktury zespół pracow. odpowiedz. za wdroż. projektu, którzy posiadają wysokie kwalif. i doświadcz. w realizacji projektów wdroż. w latach 2007-2013, co potw. rozdział 2.4 studium. Realiz projektu podzielona została na następ. elementy:Roboty budowl. (w tym scena i widownia plenerowa), Dokum. techn., St. wyk., Promocja projektu, Nadzór inwest., wypos., działania zwiazane z organiz. imprez kutur. wym. w projekcie. Beneficjent posiada pełną zdolność realiz. do prawidł. realizacji projektu zgodnie z zapis. kryteriów w tym zakresie. Poprzez zaprop. rozwiąz. projekt w najwyższym stopniu odpow. założ. SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020, gdyż zakłada rozbudowę i wyposaż. publicznie ogólnodostęp. bez barier architekt infrastr. kultur. dost. do nowocz. działal. kult., Wsparcie inst. kultury..., wsparcie miejsc promocji kultury... (w. r. 1.2 sw). Zwiększy się liczba ludzi korzyst. z oferty inst. kultury.
