Celem głównym projektu jest utworzenie 24 miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 w Gminie Krzyż Wielkopolski oraz finansowanie przez 24 miesięcy ich bieżącego funkcjonowania, dzięki czemu rodzice doświadczający trudności na runku pracy z powodu opieki nad dzieckiem do lat 3, będą mogli utrzymać, znaleźć lub aktywnie poszukiwać pracy. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie od VII.2019 do VIII.2021 (bieżące funkcjonowanie IX.2019-VIII.2021)Projekt będzie realizowany w budynku szkolnym przy ul. Zachodniej 15 w Krzyżu Wielkopolskim. Wsparcie jest zgodne z diagnozą wskazaną w fiszce projektu pozakonkursowego oraz wynika z indywidualnie zdiagnozowanego zapotrzebowania placówki/placówek objętych wsparciem w projekcie. Główne działania: -adaptacja pomieszczeń w żłobku; -doposażenie w meble/sprzęt 6 pomieszczeń; -utworzenie i wyposażenie placu zabaw-doposażenie w materiały dydaktyczne 2 pomieszczeń; -utworzenie 24 miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 oraz sfinansowanie 24 miesięcy bieżącego funkcjonowania; Po ustaniu finansowania z EFS, nowopowstałe w ramach projektu miejsca będą finansowanie z następujących źródeł: środki własne wnioskodawcy, opłaty od rodziców. Wnioskodawca oświadcza że miejsca będą utrzymane przez okres minimum 2 lata od daty zakończenia realizacji projektu z źródła innego inne niż środki europejskie. Planowane działania zmierzające do utrzymania funkcjonowania tych miejsc opieki po ustaniu finansowania EFS: m.in. ogłaszanie naborów dzieci na utworzone w ramach projektu miejsca opieki, akcje promocyjne (spotkania, ogłoszenia, „dni otwarte”). The main objective of the project is to create 24 places of care for children under the age of 3 in the Commune of the Cross of Greater Poland and to finance their current functioning for 24 months, thanks to which parents who experience difficulties on the labour market due to childcare under the age of 3 will be able to maintain, find or actively seek work. The project will be implemented in the period from VII.2019 to VIII.2021 (current operation IX.2019-VIII.2021)The project will be implemented in the school building at ul. Western 15 in the Greater Poland Cross. The support is consistent with the diagnosis indicated in the fiche of the non-competitive project and results from the individually diagnosed needs of the facility/posts supported in the project. Main actions: —adaptation of rooms in the nursery; —equipment of furniture/equipment of 6 rooms; — creation and equipment of the playground-equipment with teaching materials of 2 rooms; — creation of 24 childcare facilities under 3 years and financing of 24 months of operation; Once ESF funding ceases, new sites will be funded from the following sources: the applicant’s own resources, fees from the parents. The applicant shall declare that sites will be maintained for a minimum period of 2 years from the date of completion of the project from a source other than European funds. Planned measures to maintain the functioning of these care facilities after the end of ESF funding: among others, the announcement of recruitments of children for places of care created as part of the project, promotional activities (meetings, announcements, “open days”).
