Projekt kwalifikuje się do typu projektu określonego w SZOOP, ponieważ główne założenia projektu polegają przeprowadzeniu prac inwestycyjnych na terenie cmentarza, co pozwoli na zachowanie dziedzictwa kulturowego oraz stworzenie nowego produktu stanowiącego element oferty turystycznej, kulturalnej Wnioskodawcy. W tym celu planuje się wykonanie prac zabezpieczających, konserwacyjnych i innych na zabytkach cmentarza, w tym nad stacjami Drogi Krzyżowej z jej kulminacyjnymi punktami: monumentalna scena ukrzyżowania Jezusa Chrystusa w formie luku triumfalnego - symbol zwycięstwa Chrystusa nad śmiercią, z figurami Maryi i św. Jana po bokach, kaplica ze sceną Piety i podziemna kaplica Złożenia do Grobu. Takich samych prac wymaga zabytkowy mur cmentarny zlokalizowany od ulicy Kopernika, brama cmentarna od ulicy Krasickiego oraz najbardziej charakterystyczne zabytkowe nagrobki. Niezbędna jest również rewitalizacja zieleni cmentarza, która jest dziedzictwem miejsca i czasów biskupstwa warmińskiego. Zieleń z pierwotnego założenia, w tym aleja brzozowa. pochodząca częściowo z założenia cmentarza, nadaje miejscu niepowtarzalny indywidualny charakter. Wykonanie remontu ścieżek i alejek cmentarnych jest niezbędne dla ułatwienia dostępu turystom do zabytków cmentarza, w tym do Drogi Krzyżowej i wyróżniających się pięknem jej stacji: Golgoty, Piety i Grobu Pańskiego oraz dla poprawy funkcjonalności cmentarza, który nadal służy pochówkom dzisiejszym mieszkańcom Lidzbarka Warmińskiego. Budowa węzła sanitarnego ucywilizuje zaspokajanie potrzeb osób odwiedzających cmentarz. etapy realizacji projektu: 1.przygotowanie dokumentacji aplikacyjnej 2.złożenie wniosku 3.podpisanie umowy o dof. 4.wybór wykonawcy w oparciu o PZP 5.realizacja projektu 6.rozliczanie inwes. Ponadto zgodnie z założeniami SZOOP, projekt jest przedsięwzięciem wynikającym z lokalnego programu rewitalizacji miasta Lidzbark Warmiński w ramach Ponadlokalnego programu rewitalizacji sieci miast Cittaslow. The project is eligible for the type of project defined in SZOOP, as the main assumptions of the project are to carry out investment works in the cemetery, which will allow for the preservation of cultural heritage and the creation of a new product which is part of the tourist and cultural offer of the Applicant. To this end, it is planned to carry out security, maintenance and other works on the monuments of the cemetery, including the stations of the Cross Road with its culminating points: the monumental scene of the crucifixion of Jesus Christ in the form of a triumphal gap – a symbol of Christ’s victory over death, with statues of Mary and St. John on the sides, a chapel with a stage of Pieta and an underground chapel of deposits to the grave. The same works are required by the historic cemetery wall located from Kopernika Street, the cemetery gate from Krasickiego Street and the most characteristic historic tombstones. It is also necessary to revitalise the green of the cemetery, which is the heritage of the place and the times of the Bishopric of Warmia. Green from its original foundation, including birch avenue, partly derived from the foundation of the cemetery, gives the place a unique individual character. Renovation of cemetery paths and alleys is necessary to facilitate access for tourists to the monuments of the cemetery, including the Way of the Cross and distinguished by the beauty of its station: Golgota, Pieta and the Tomb of the Lord, as well as to improve the functionality of the cemetery, which still serves the burial of today’s inhabitants of Lidzbark Warmiński. Construction of a sanitary node will civilise meeting the needs of people visiting the cemetery. stages of implementation of the project: 1.preparation of application documentation 2.submission of application 3.signature of the DOF agreement. 4. choice of contractor based on PZP 5. project implementation 6. settlement inwes. Moreover, according to the assumptions of SZOOP, the project is a project resulting from the local revitalisation programme of Lidzbark Warmiński as part of the Over-local revitalisation programme of Cittaslow city networks.
