Celem projektu jest podniesienie aktywności społecznej i zawodowej 44 osób, w tym 30 kobiet zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym w wieku 15-64 lat z tereny gmin Biskupiec i Kolno w okresie 26 miesięcy. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęte Kluby Integracji Społecznej w gminach Biskupiec i Kolno. Dla każdego z uczestników zostanie wypracowana Indywidualna Ścieżka Reintegracji, w oparciu o którą będzie realizowane wsparcie. Wsparcie obejmie cykl warsztatów motywacyjnych i kształcących kompetencje społeczne i interpersonalne oraz, wsparcie psychologa, wsparcie trenera pracy, wsparcie animatora oraz doradztwo zawodowe. Uczestnicy będą kierowani na kursy zawodowe i kwalifikacyjne i staże u pracodawców. Efektem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 10 osób. Wszyscy uczestnicy podniosą swoją aktywność społeczną i gotowość do zatrudnienia. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase social and professional participation of 44 people, including 30 women at risk of social exclusion aged 15-64 from the areas of the communes of Biskupiec and Kolno within a period of 26 months. The project will support the Social Integration Clubs in the municipalities of Biskupiec and Kolno. For each of the participants, the Individual Reintegration Path will be developed, on which the support will be implemented. Support will include a series of motivational workshops and educating social and interpersonal competences, as well as support of a psychologist, support of a work trainer, support of an animator and professional advice. Participants will be directed to vocational and qualifying courses and internships with employers. The project will result in employment by at least 10 people. All participants will increase their social activity and readiness to work. (English)
