Przedmiotem projektu będzie udostępnienie usług elektronicznych interesariuszom w zakresie automatyzacji rozliczania i obsługi należności a także zróżnicowanych kanałów elektronicznej interakcji pomiędzy Wnioskodawcą a interesariuszami, w szczególności związanymi z dostarczaniem mediów. By to było możliwe koniecznej jest na początek zautomatyzowanie procesu odczytu liczników w regularnych i zsynchronizowanych odstępach czasu. zakres projektu: Komputer stacjonarny - 2szt. Monitor - 2 szt. Office 2016 dla Użytkowników Domowych i Małych Firm - 5 szt. Laptop - 3 szt. monitor 65 cali - 2 szt. monitor 78 cali (wyposażenie dyspozytorni w zakresie nadzoru telemetrycznego) - 1 szt. Inteligentna centralka telemetryczne z wyposażeniem komunikacyjnym, modułem ciśnienia, modułem regulatora i uzupełnienia zładu oraz komunikacją GSM - 330 szt. System GlobeOMS z instalacja na modułach komunikacyjnych do liczników oraz z wersja mobilna dla mieszkańców/odbiorców - 330 szt. Etapy realizacji projektu: - złożenie wniosku o dofinansowanie - podpisanie umowy o dofinansowanie - wybór wykonawcy zgodnie z PZP - zawarcie umowy z wykonawcą i rozpoczęcie prac - realizacja prac zgodnie z założonym harmonogramem - zakończenie projektu i podpisanie protokołu końcowego - końcowe rozliczenie projektu sposób wdrażania zakr. rzeczowego: -podpisanie umowy -realizacja prac/wdrożenia -odbiór końcowy i podpisanie prot. Proj. wpisuje się w założenia wpisane w SzOOP RPOWWM Cel tematyczny 2 - Zwiększenie dostępności, stopnia wykorzystania i jakości technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych (TIK). Rozwój usług świadczonych przez instytucje publiczne, w tym np. administrację samorządową jest wyzwaniem w okresie programowania 2014-2020. Wymaga ono tworzenia i wdrażania narzędzi elektronicznych, pozwalających na informatyzację obiegu dokumentów i danych oraz prowadzenie procedur administracyjnych za pośrednictwem Internetu. (Polish)

The aim of the project will be to make electronic services available to stakeholders in the field of automation of clearing and handling of receivables as well as various channels of electronic interaction between the Applicant and stakeholders, in particular related to the provision of media. For this to be possible, it is necessary to automate the meter reading process at regular and synchronised intervals to begin with. Desktop computer – 2pcs. Monitor – 2 pcs. Office 2016 for Home Users and Small Companies – 5 pcs. Laptop – 3 units monitor 65 inches – 2 units monitor 78 inches (equipment of dispatchers in the scope of telemetric surveillance) – 1 pcs. Intelligent telemetric control panel with communication equipment, pressure module, regulator module and balance replenishment module and GSM communication – 330 pcs. GlobeOMS system with installation on communication modules for meters and mobile version for residents/receivers – 330 pcs. Stages of project implementation: — submission of the application for funding – signing of the grant agreement – selection of the contractor in accordance with the PZP – conclusion of an agreement with the contractor and commencement of works – implementation of works according to the planned schedule – completion of the project and signing of the final protocol – final settlement of the project method of implementation in kind: —conclusion of the contract -implementation of works/implementation -final reception and signing of the protocol. The project is part of the assumptions entered in the Polish Academy of Sciences Thematic Objective 2 – Increasing the availability, level of use and quality of information and communication technologies (ICT). The development of services provided by public institutions, including e.g. self-government administration, is a challenge in the 2014-2020 programming period. It requires the development and implementation of electronic tools to inform the circulation of documents and data and to conduct administrative procedures via the Internet. (English)
