W ramach projektu przeprowadzone będą działania inwestycyjne mające na celu zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej Budynku Głównego wraz z częściami A, B i C Hotelu Mrągowo Resort & Spa. Zakres rzeczowy projektu będzie obejmował następujące zadania: modernizacja przegrody okno zewnętrzne, modernizacja przegrody drzwi zewnętrzne, modernizacja przegrody ściana zewnętrzna, modernizacja przegrody dach, modernizacja ciepłej wody użytkowej, modernizacja systemu grzewczego. Wszystkie prace będą prowadzone przez generalnego wykonawcę, wyłonionych w drodze postępowania ofertowego (projekt będzie realizowany w formule zaprojektuj i wybuduj). Projekt będzie realizowany od 1 marca 2019 do 31 grudnia 2019 roku, na działce o numerze 245/6. Nad prawidłową realizacją projektu będzie czuwał koordynator projektu, jeden z pracowników Wnioskodawcy. Niniejszy projekt jest zgodny z założeniami dla osi priorytetowej nr 4 Efektywność energetyczna w zakresie obniżenia zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach. Dzięki działaniom inwestycyjnym polegającym na termomodernizacji budynków oraz modernizacji systemu grzewczego i modernizacji systemu ciepłej wody użytkowej zmniejszy się zużycie energii w budynku głównym A, B i C w porównaniu do sytuacji obecnej. Szczegółowe cele projektu oraz ich zgodność z RPO WiM 2014-2020 zostały określone w kolejnym punkcie niniejszego wniosku o dofinansowanie. (Polish)

The project will include investment activities aimed at increasing energy efficiency of the Main Building together with parts A, B and C of Hotel Mrągowo Resort & Spa. The project’s material scope will cover the following tasks: modernisation of the external window partition, modernisation of the external door partition, modernisation of the outer wall partition, modernisation of the roof partition, modernisation of hot water, modernisation of heating system. All works will be carried out by the general contractor, selected by means of an offer procedure (the project will be implemented in the formula design and build). The project will be implemented from 1 March 2019 to 31 December 2019, on the site with the number 245/6. The project coordinator, one of the Applicant’s employees, will supervise the proper implementation of the project. This project is in line with the assumptions for priority axis 4 Energy efficiency in reducing primary energy consumption in buildings. Thanks to the investment activities of the thermal modernisation of buildings and the modernisation of the heating system and the modernisation of the hot water system, energy consumption in the main building A, B and C will be reduced compared to the current situation. The specific objectives of the project and their compliance with the WiM ROP 2014-2020 are set out in the next section of this application for funding. (English)
