Zasadniczym przedmiotem projektu, jest przebudowa (rozbudowa) istniejącej drogi powiatowej nr 2410P (ciąg ulic Swarzędzka/Topolowa) lokalizowanej w gminach Swarzędz, Kleszczewo i Kostrzyn w obszarze powiatu poznańskiego na odcinku od skrzyżowania z drogą krajową S5 (węzeł "Kleszczewo", gm.Kleszczewo) do skrzyżowania z ul. Olszynową w m. Zalasewo (gm.Swarzędz). Łączna długość przebudowanego ciągu drogowego wynosi 6,672 km. Rozbudowa polega zasadniczo na zmianie szerokości przekroju drogowego 1x2 po realizacji projektu z obecnego 5,6 m do projektowanego 7,0 m. Ponadto w ramach projektu planuje się: • wzmocnienie, częściową wymianę i poszerzenie konstrukcji nawierzchni, • przebudowę i budowę zatok autobusowych (10 zatok autobusowych, 1 przystanek autobusowy), • przebudowę 3 skrzyżowań zwykłych na 2 skrzyżowania typu rondo oraz 1 skrzyżowanie skanalizowane; ponadto na 3 kolejnych skrzyżowaniach zaplanowano wydzielenie pasów ruchu dla relacji skrętnych (łącznie 6 szt.), • budowę oraz przebudowę zjazdów, • budowę ścieżek rowerowych (łączna dł.5,781 km), • budowę chodników, • budowę przepustów, • budowę urządzeń bezpieczeństwa ruchu - bariery ochronne, przejścia i azyle dla pieszych z uwzględnieniem potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych, urządzenia spowalniające ruch na wjazdach do miejscowości, oświetlenie drogi w obszarze miejscowości i przejść dla pieszych • budowę kanalizacji deszczowej, • przebudowę kolizyjnej infrastruktury technicznej (gaz, wodociąg, teletechn. oraz elektr.) zgodnie z wydanymi warunkami technicznymi. W ramach kosztów kwalifikowanych w projekcie można wyróżnić: roboty budowlane wraz z materiałami w zakresie robót drogowych (jezdnie, chodniki, ścieżki rowerowe, org.ruchu, urządzenia BRD), budowy przepustów, budowy kanalizacji deszczowej, budowy oświetlenia, usunięcia kolizji z infrastrukturą techniczną oraz promocję projektu i nadzór inwestorski. The main subject of the project is the reconstruction (expansion) of the existing district road no. 2410P (Swarzędzka/Topolowa Streets) located in the communes of Swarzędz, Kleszczewo and Kostrzyn in the area of Poznań County, on the section from the intersection with the national road S5 (Kleszczewo junction, gm.Kleszczewo) to the intersection with ul. Olszynowa in Zalasewo (gm.Swarzędz). The total length of the reconstructed road is 6.672 km. The extension consists essentially of changing the width of the road section 1x2 after the implementation of the project from the current 5.6 m to the designed 7.0 m. In addition, the project plans: • reinforcement, partial replacement and extension of the surface structure, • reconstruction and construction of bus bays (10 bus bays, 1 bus stop), • reconstruction of 3 ordinary junctions into 2 junctions of the type of roundabout and 1 scanning intersections; in addition, at 3 subsequent intersections it is planned to separate lanes for torsional relations (total 6 pcs), • construction and reconstruction of exits, • construction of bicycle paths (total length 5.781 km), • construction of pavements, • construction of culverts, construction of road safety devices – construction of protective barriers, passageways and asylums for pedestrians, taking into account the needs of disabled people, devices to slow down traffic on the entrances to the village, lighting of the road in the area of the locality, construction of waterways and crossings. The eligible costs of the project can be distinguished: construction works including materials in the field of road works (roadways, pavements, cycle paths, org.movement, BRD equipment), construction of culverts, construction of rainwater drainage, lighting construction, removal of collisions with technical infrastructure, project promotion and investor supervision.
