Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia w powiecie mrągowskim. Projekt realizowany będzie od 01.01.2016r. do 31.12.2016r. Udzielenie wsparcia w proj. każdorazowo poprzedzone będzie identyfikacją potrzeb uczestn. poprzez określenie profilu pomocy, opracowanie IPD (bądź ich aktualizację) i usługą pośrednictwa pracy/poradnictwa zawodowego. Na podstawie IPD, zg. z ustalonym profilem pomocy uczestn. przyznawana będzie taka forma pomocy z katalogu usług i instrumentów rynku pracy Ustawy o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, która zostanie u nich zidentyfikowana, jako niezbędna w celu poprawy ich sytuacji na rynku pracy lub uzyskania zatrudnienia: staż (43 miejsc), szkolenie (15 miejsc w tym 3 miejsca dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, nie planuje się udziału osób niepełnosprawnych), prace interwencyjne w jst (10 miejsc), wyposażenie/doposażenie stanowiska pracy (32 miejsc) lub jednorazowe środki na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej (17 miejsc). Wsparciem objętych zostanie 117 os.(47K/70M) bezrobotnych, zarejestrowanych w PUP Mrągowo, posiadających ustalony I lub II profil pomocy i dodatkowo kwalifikujących się co najmniej do jednej z grup: osób długotrwale bezrobotnych (43 os.), osób niepełnosprawnych (6 os.), osób powyżej 50 roku życia (12 os.), kobiet (47 os.), osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (30 os.). Efektem proj. będzie osiągnięcie efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie 28% -dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej, 34% -dla kobiet, 28% -dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami, 25% -dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, 33% -dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach. Szacuje się, że po opuszczeniu programu pracować będzie (w tym na własny rachunek) co najmniej 41 osób, w tym 11 długotrwale bezrobotnych, 2 osoby niepełnosprawne, a kwalifikacje uzyska 8 osób, w tym 1 długotrwale bezrobotna. Utworzonych zostanie 17 miejsc pracy w ramach udzielonych z EFS środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed people over the age of 29 in the Mrągowski district. The project will be implemented from 01.01.2016 to 31.12.2016. Support in the project will be preceded by identification of participation needs by defining the aid profile, developing an IPD (or updating them) and a job placement/vocational counselling service. On the basis of the IPD, according to the agreed profile of participation aid, such form of aid will be granted from the catalogue of services and labour market instruments of the Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions, which will be identified with them, as necessary in order to improve their situation on the labour market or to obtain employment: traineeship (43 places), training (15 places of which 3 places for the long-term unemployed, no disabled participation is planned), intervention work in jst (10 seats), equipment/refurbishment of a job (32 jobs) or one-off funds for starting a business (17 places). The support will be 117 people (47K/70M) unemployed, registered in PUP Mrągowo, with established I or II aid profile and additionally eligible for at least one of the groups: long-term unemployed (43 people), people with disabilities (6 persons), people over 50 years of age (12 persons), women (47 people), low-skilled people (30 people). The project will result in employment efficiency of 28 % for people aged 50 and over, 34 % for women, 28 % for people with disabilities, 25 % for the long-term unemployed, 33 % for the low-skilled. After leaving the programme, it is estimated that at least 41 people will work (including self-employed), including 11 long-term unemployed, 2 disabled and 8 people, including 1 long-term unemployed. 17 jobs will be created as part of the ESF’s resources to take up business.
