Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia w mieście Elblągu i powiecie elbląskim. Uczestnikami projektu będą osoby bezrobotne w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia, znajdujące się w grupie pierwszej – bezrobotni aktywni (I profil pomocy) lub w grupie drugiej – bezrobotni wymagający wsparcia (II profil pomocy), dodatkowo spełniające co najmniej jedno z poniższych kryteriów: a) są osobami długotrwale bezrobotnymi b) są osobami niepełnosprawnymi c) są osobami powyżej 50 roku życia d) są kobietami e) są osobami niskowykwalifikowanymi, tj. osobami o niskich kwalifikacjach. Zaplanowano następujące formy wsparcia: - staże – 163 osób, - jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej (dotacje) – 35 osób, - refundacje kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowisk pracy – 67 osób, - prace interwencyjne – 18 osób. Ogółem w ramach projektu wsparciem zostanie objętych 283 osób. Okres realizacji projektu: 01.09.2015-30.06.2016 (projekt zakłada, że proces rekrutacji uczestników projektu zakończy się do 31.12.2015 r.). Projekt zakłada osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej: a) ogólny wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z poniżej wymienionych grup docelowych (wskazanych w pkt. b, c, d) na poziomie co najmniej - 38%, b) dla osób niepełnosprawnych - wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej - 12%, c) dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych - wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej - 30%, d) dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach - wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej - 31%. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed people over the age of 29 in the city of Elbląg and Elbląg County. Participants in the project will be unemployed persons over the age of 29, who are in group one – active unemployed (I aid profile) or in group two – unemployed persons requiring support (II aid profile), additionally fulfilling at least one of the following criteria: a) they are long-term unemployed (b) are disabled (c) they are persons over 50 years of age (d) they are women e) they are low-skilled, i.e. low-skilled persons. The following forms of support are planned: — traineeships – 163 people, – one-off funds for starting a business (grants) – 35 people, – refunds of the cost of equipment or retrofitting of workplaces – 67 people, – intervention work – 18 people. A total of 283 people will be supported under the project. Period of implementation of the project: 01.09.2015-30.06.2016 (the project assumes that the recruitment process of project participants will be completed by 31.12.2015). The project assumes the achievement of the employment efficiency index: a) the overall employment efficiency index for participants not eligible for any of the following target groups (referred to in points b, c, d) of at least – 38 %, (b) for disabled persons – employment efficiency ratio of at least – 12 %, (c) for the long-term unemployed – an employment efficiency index of at least – 30 %, (d) for low-skilled persons – an employment efficiency index of at least – 31 %.
