Przedmiotem wniosku jest projekt pn. "Rozwój diagnostyki obrazowej w Szpitalu Powiatowym im. Jana Pawła II w Bartoszycach" realizujący cel bezpośredni: Poprawa jakości i skuteczności leczenia pacjentów poprzez modernizację oraz zakup nowoczesnej aparatury medycznej z zakresu diagnostyki obrazowej w Szpitalu Bartoszyckim, który jest spójny z celem 9 osi RPO WiM 2014-2020: „Podniesienie jakości i skuteczności usług zdrowotnych” co będzie możliwe poprzez realizację pełnego zakresu rzeczowego inwestycji będącego wsparciem m.in. oddziałów: Chorób Wewnętrznych z Ośrodkiem Intensywnej Opieki Kardiologicznej, Chirurgii Ogólnej i Małoinwazyjnej, Chorób Płuc, Urazowo-Ortopedyczny, Dział Rehabilitacji Ambulatoryjnej co umożliwi podniesienie jakości i dostępności świadczonych usług medycznych gdyż diagnostyka obrazowa stanowi podstawę funkcjonowania szpitala. Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotowej inwestycji obejmuje przeprowadzenie robót remontowo-modernizacyjnych, rozbudowę istniejącego systemu RIS/PACS oraz doposażenie pracowni diagnostyki obrazowej Szpitala Powiatowego im.Jana Pawła II w Bartoszycach o: • Tomograf komputerowy • Aparat RTG typu telekomando • Cyfrowy aparat RTG typu zawieszenie sufitowe • Przenośne USG do pomocniczych badań i zabiegów • Stacja diagnostyczna lekarska • USG. W celu prawidłowej realizacji przedmiotowego przedsięwzięcia w strukturze Beneficjenta powołany został zespół osób posiadających niezbędną wiedzę do sprawnej realizacji zakresu niniejszego projektu składający się z 5 osób (Z. Dyr. ds. Lecznictwa, Z. Dyr. ds. Finansowych - Główny Księgowy, Z. Dyr. ds. Technicznych, Koordynator Projektu, Kierownik Działu Elektrotechnicznego). Główne etapy realizacji projektu: przetarg na opracowanie dokumentacji aplikacyjnej, przetarg na opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej oraz modernizację i doposażenie pracowni diagnostyki obrazowej, przetarg na zakup USG realizacja zakresu rzeczowego inwestycji zlecona wybranym w przetargach wykonawcom/dostawcom. The subject of the proposal is Project Mon. ‘Development of imaging diagnostics in the John Paul II County Hospital in Bartoszyce’ fulfilling a direct goal: Improving the quality and effectiveness of treatment of patients through modernisation and purchase of modern imaging diagnostic equipment at Bartoszycki Hospital, which is consistent with the objective of 9 axis RPO WiM 2014-2020: “Improving the quality and effectiveness of health services”, which will be possible through the implementation of a full range of tangible investments supporting, among others, branches: Internal Diseases with the Intensive Care Centre, General and Less Invasive Surgery, Lung Diseases, Orthopaedic Rehabilitation Department, which will allow to improve the quality and availability of the provided medical services as imaging diagnostics are the basis for the operation of the hospital. The material scope of the investment includes carrying out repair and modernisation works, expansion of the existing RIS/PACS system and retrofitting of the imaging laboratory of John Paul II County Hospital in Bartoszyce with: • Computer Tomograph • Telecommando X-ray camera • Digit X-ray machine type ceiling suspension • Portable ultrasound for auxiliary examinations and procedures • Medical diagnostic station • ultrasound. In order to implement this project correctly, a team of persons with the necessary knowledge to implement the scope of this project, consisting of 5 persons, was established in the structure of the beneficiary. Medical Services, Z. Director for Medicines Financial – Chief Accountant, Z. Director for Finance Technical, Project Coordinator, Head of the Electrotechnical Department). The main stages of the project are: tender for the elaboration of application documentation, tender for the development of project documentation and modernisation and retrofitting of imaging diagnostics laboratory, tender for the purchase of ultrasound projects commissioned by contractors/suppliers selected in tenders.
