Przedmiotem projektu jest wyposażenie przedsiębiorstwa w sprzęt rehabilitacyjny, którego pełna specyfikacja znajduje się w harmonogramie rzeczowo-finansowym projektu oraz sekcji 6.1 Zakres rzeczowy projektu. Projekt będzie realizowany w jednym etapie, na który składają się takie działania jak: prace przygotowawcze (luty - marzec 2017), zakup sprzętu rehabilitacyjnego (październik – grudzień 2017), promocja projektu (grudzień 2017 – styczeń 2018). W przypadku pojawienia się schorzeń powodujących okresowe lub długotrwałe wyłączenie osoby z aktywności zawodowej, w celu ograniczenia następstw społeczno-ekonomicznych istotnym jest podjęcie szybkiej i skutecznej rehabilitacji. Realizacja projektu zwiększy efektywność i ilość świadczonych usług oraz przyspieszy proces ich realizacji. Dzięki temu nastąpi skrócenie czasu oczekiwania na leczenie oraz skrócenie pobytu w szpitalu poprzez możliwość ambulatoryjnego leczenia. Wprowadzone zostaną nowe usługi – leczenie chorób układu krążenia poprzez mechaniczny masaż limfatyczny oraz zastosowanie wanny terapeutycznej. Projekt umożliwi zapewnienie szerokiego dostępu do publicznych, wysokiej jakości usług medycznych. Beneficjentami ostatecznymi projektu będą mieszkańcy gminy miejsko-wiejskiej Ruciane Nida (8321 osób) oraz gminy wiejskiej Rozogi (5655 osób), przedsiębiorcy/pracodawcy z terenu ww. gmin, turyści oraz pracownicy "Xenium Alfa". Projekt wpisuje się w założenia wpisane w SZOOP RPO WiM, gdyż dotyczy promowania włączenia społecznego, walki z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją poprzez podniesienie jakości i skuteczności usług zdrowotnych. The object of the project is to equip the company with rehabilitation equipment, the full specification of which is included in the project’s material and financial schedule and section 6.1. The project will be implemented in a single stage, consisting of activities such as: preparatory work (February – March 2017), purchase of rehabilitation equipment (October – December 2017), promotion of the project (December 2017 – January 2018). In the event of illnesses causing temporary or long-term exclusion of a person from working life, it is important to undertake rapid and effective rehabilitation in order to reduce socio-economic consequences. The implementation of the project will increase efficiency and the number of services provided and speed up the implementation process. This will reduce the waiting time for treatment and shorter hospital stays through the possibility of outpatient treatment. New services will be introduced – treatment of cardiovascular diseases through mechanical lymphatic massage and use of therapeutic bath. The project will provide wide access to high-quality public health services. The final beneficiaries of the project will be residents of the urban-rural commune Ruciane Nida (8321 persons) and the rural commune Rozogi (5655 people), entrepreneurs/employers from the aforementioned communes, tourists and employees of “Xenium Alfa”. The project is part of the assumptions set out in the SZOOP RPO WiM, as it concerns the promotion of social inclusion, the fight against poverty and any discrimination by improving the quality and effectiveness of health services.
