Uzupełnienie zabudowy, modernizacja części istniejącej i doposażenie Domu Kultury w Gołdapi (Gołdap, ul. Krótka 2) Budynek z ok. 1900r., wpisany do rejestru zabytków, od 1993r. pełni funkcję Domu Kultury, tj. ogólnodostępnego organizatora życia kulturalnego Gołdapi Budynek wymaga przebudowy i uzupełnienia wyposażenia w celu dostosowania do: -współczesnych wymogów funkcjonalnych dla ośrodków edukacji kulturalnej, integracji i aktywizacji społeczności lokalnej -warunków Rozporządzenie Ministra Infrastruktury w sprawie warunków technicznym, jakim powinny odpowiadać budynki i ich usytuowanie *Roboty budowlane, m.in: 1) Rozbudowa obiektu (dobudowanie bryły do istniejącej zabudowy- odtworzenie części budynku zniszczonej w czasie II wojny światowej) 2) Modernizacja wnętrz (zmiana układu funkcjon. pomieszczeń) 3) Montaż podnośników ukośnych dla osób niepełnosp. (2 szt.) *Wyposażenie (sprzęt komp., audio-video, systemy inform., meble, itd): 1) studia nagrań i sali prób 2) sali wielofunkcyjnej i sali widowiskowej 3) kina Kultura Skala Proj. optymalna pod względem techn.–technologicznym, ekonom. i środowiskowym Etapy, sposób wdrażania Projektu: 1.Oprac. programu inwestycji, dokumentacji techn. i studium wykonalności 2.Złożenie wniosku, umowa o dofinans. 3.Wybór wykonawców wg PZP– roboty budowlane, nadzór inwestorski, dostawa wyposażenia, promocja 4.Realizacja prac wg harmonogramu rzecz.-finans. 5.Odbiór prac (protokoły) 6.Zakończenie proj. 7.Finans. rozliczenie proj. Proj. zgodny m.in. z: -Ponadlokalnym programem rewitalizacji sieci miast Cittaslow Woj. Completion of the building, modernisation of the existing part and retrofitting of the House of Culture in Gołdapi (Gołdap, ul. Short 2) Building with approx. 1900, registered in the register of monuments, since 1993 it has been the House of Culture, i.e. the public organiser of the cultural life of Gołdap The building requires reconstruction and completion of equipment in order to adapt to: —contemporary functional requirements for centres of cultural education, integration and activation of the local community -conditions Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location *Construction works, among others: 1) Expansion of the building (construction of the building to the existing building – reconstruction of part of the building destroyed during World War II) 2) Modernisation of interiors (change of functional layout) 3) Assembly of diagonal lifts for part-time persons. (2 pieces) *Equipment (computer, audio-video, information systems, furniture, etc.): 1) Studios of recordings and rehearsals 2) of the multifunctional hall and the spectacle 3) of the cinema Culture Scale Proj. optimal in terms of technological, economous and environmental phases, method of implementation of the Project: 1.Development of the investment programme, technical documentation and feasibility study 2. Submission of application, grant agreement. 3.Selection of contractors according to PZP- construction works, investor supervision, equipment delivery, promotion 4. 5.Receiving works (protocols) 6.Finishing project. 7.Finance. billing project. The project is compatible with, among others: —over-local programme of revitalising the Cittaslow city network Woj.
