Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost aktywności zawodowej i zatrudnienia 60 osób bezrobotnych K28/M32 z terenu p. kieleckiego w okresie 08.2018-07.2020 roku do osób pow. 29 r. ż. poprzez kompleksowe wsparcie w określeniu ścieżki (potwierdzonymi kwalifik.) Wzrost aktywności zawodowej i zatrudnienia wśród osób znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, które poszukują zatrudnienia. Realizacja wskaźników rezultatu i produktu: Liczba os. bezrob. (łącznie z długotrwale bezrobotnymi) objętych wsparciem w prog.-60/28K/32M Liczba os. długotrwale bezrob. objętych wsparciem w prog.-30/15K/15M Liczba os. biernych zaw. objętych wsparciem w prog.- 0 Liczba os. z niepełnosp. objętych wsparciem w prog.-4/2K/2M Liczba os. po 50 objętych wsparciem w prog.-20/9K/11M Liczba os. o niskich kwalifik. objętych wsparciem w prog.-30/15K/15M Projekt kompleksowo odpowie na potrzeby grupy docelowej poprzez realizację zadań: Pośrednictwo pracy z doradztwem zawodowym + IPD , Szkolenia zawodowe dopasowane do uczestników i lokalnej gospodarki oraz staże zawodowe - zgodne z kwalifikacjami nabytymi podczas szkolenia - dla 60 uczestników projektu. Projekt w szczególności będzie skierowany do kobiet, osób po 50 roku życia, długotrwale bezrob., osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami, bez doświadczenia zawodowego. (including long-term unemployed) supported by the threshold.-60/28K/32M Number of long-term unemployed persons supported by the threshold.-30/15K/15M Number of passive persons covered by support in the threshold.- 0 Number of persons supported by the sub-supply supported in the threshold-4/2K/2M Number of persons supported by the total number of persons supported in the threshold.-20/9K/11M Number of people with low eligibility in the threshold.-20/9K/11M Number of long-term unemployed persons supported by the threshold.-60/28K/32M Number of long-term unemployed persons supported in the threshold.-30/15K/15M Number of persons supported by the support in the threshold.-20/9K/11M Number of persons covered by the sub-options for the tasks covered by the threshold-4/2K/2M Number of persons supported by the support in the threshold.-20/9K/11M Number of people with low qualifiers. Intermediation of work with professional advisory + IPD, Vocational training tailored to participants and local economy and internships – in accordance with the qualifications acquired during the training – for 60 participants of the project. The project will in particular target women, people over 50 years of age, long-term unemployment, low-skilled people with no professional experience.
