Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie włoszczowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 36 (23K, 13M) osób zarejestrowanych w PUP we Włoszczowie. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP we Włoszczowie realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and more who are unemployed in the Włoszczów district. The main result of the project will be the employment of 36 (23K, 13M) persons registered at the PUP in Włoszczów. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP in Włoszczów will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
