Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie staszowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 85 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte będą osoby powyżej 29 roku życia, pozostające bez pracy i zarejestrowane w PUP jako bezrobotne. W ramach projektu uczestnicy otrzymają zindywidualizowane wsparcie oraz pomoc w zakresie określenia ścieżki zawodowej obejmującej: - identyfikację potrzeb osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia oraz diagnozowanie możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego, w tym identyfikacja stopnia oddalenia od rynku pracy, - kompleksowe i indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy w zakresie wyboru zawodu zgodnego z kwalifikacjami i kompetencjami wspieranej osoby lub poradnictwo zawodowe w zakresie planowania rozwoju kariery zawodowej, w tym podnoszenia i uzupełniania kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych. Na podstawie wyników przeprowadzonych identyfikacji potrzeb PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, tj. staże, prace interwencyjne, szkolenia, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej oraz refundacje/doposażenie stanowiska pracy. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people over 29 years of age who are unemployed in the Staszów district. The main result of the project will be the employment of 85 people registered in the PUP. The project will support people over 29 years of age who are unemployed and registered with the PUP as unemployed. As part of the project, participants will receive individualised support and assistance in defining the career path, including: — identification of the needs of persons without employment and diagnosing opportunities in the field of vocational training, including identification of the degree of distance from the labour market, – comprehensive and individual job intermediation in terms of choosing a profession compatible with the qualifications and competences of the supported person or career guidance in the field of career development planning, including raising and supplementing professional competences and qualifications. On the basis of the results of the identification of needs, the PUP will implement appropriately selected services and instruments of the labour market, i.e. traineeships, intervention work, training, one-off measures for taking up a business activity and refunds/refurbishment of a job.
