POWIAT STARACHOWICKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W STARACHOWICACH

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie starachowickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 120 osób zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Starachowicach, w tym również podejmujących działalność gospodarczą. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby powyżej 29 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw.wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people over 29 years of age who are unemployed in the Starachowice district. The main result of the project will be the employment of 120 persons registered in the Poviat Labour Office in Starachowice, including those taking up economic activity. The project will support people over the age of 29 who are qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or an aid profile II (requiring support). As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
