Realizacja projektu obejmującego modernizację zespołu porodowego jest zgodna z celami określonymi dla Osi Pr.7 Działanie 7.3 PI 9a Cel szcz.1 Poprawiona jakość oraz szersze udostępnienie podmiotów ochrony zdrowia jako "Poprawa opieki położniczej Świętokrzyskiego Centrum Matki i Noworodka - Szpital Specjalistyczny w Kielcach i dostosowanie infrastruktury dla potrzeb pacjentów poprzez modernizację pomieszczeń oddziału oraz wyposażenie zmodernizowanego bloku dla potrzeb szpitala celem dostosowania infrastruktury dla potrzeb pacjentów”. Wnioskodawca posiada kontrakt z NFZ. Projekt wpisuje się w dokument Policy paper i jest zgodny z Planem działań w sektorze zdrowia i celem strategii EUROPA 2020 oraz wpisuje się w mapę potrzeb zdrowotnych. Terenami i obiektami, gdzie planowana jest inwestycja zarządza ŚCMiN SzS w Kielcach. Na planowaną inwestycję uzyskane jest pozwolenie na budowę. Inwestycja nie będzie zlokalizowana na obszarach zagrożonych powodzią a wszystkie prace związane z planowaną inwestycją zostały zaprojektowane w oparciu o rozwiązania zapewniające odporność na bieżącą i przyszłe zmiany klimatu, w tym różnice temperatur i oddziaływań, m.in. upałów, suszy. Proj.jest objęty PR. Realizacja projektu 07.2019-12.2020. Wskaźniki Liczba wspartych podmiotów leczniczych – 1 szt., Ludność objęta ulepszonymi usługami zdrowotnymi – 210 694 osób; Nakłady inwestycyjne na zakup aparatury medycznej – 876709,53 zł, Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami – 1 szt. The implementation of the project including the modernisation of the delivery team is in line with the objectives set for Axis Pr.7 Action 7.3 PI 9a Goal szcz.1 Improved quality and wider availability of health care entities as “Improving obstetric care of the Świętokrzyskie Centre of Mother and Newborn – Specialist Hospital in Kielce and adapting infrastructure for patients by modernising the ward’s premises and equipment of a modernised block for the needs of the hospital to adapt the infrastructure for patients”. The applicant has a contract with the NFZ. The project is part of the Policy Paper and is in line with the Health Sector Action Plan and the EUROPA 2020 Strategy and fits in with the Health Needs Map. The areas and facilities where the investment is planned is managed by ŚCMiN SZS in Kielce. A construction permit is obtained for the planned investment. The investment will not be located in areas at risk of flooding and all the work related to the planned investment has been designed on the basis of solutions that ensure resistance to current and future climate change, including differences in temperatures and impacts, including heat and drought.
