Cele projektu zgodne z celami 7.1 RPO WŚ 2014-2020: 1/ Cel bezpośredni: Wzrost jakości i dostępności e-usług administracyjnych istotnych dla mieszkańców, przedsiębiorców i pracowników JST w gminach Klimontów, Łagów, Obrazów, Ożarów w woj. świętokrzyskim oraz monitorowanie procesu ich świadczenia poprzez realizację zaplanowanych w harmonogramie rzeczowo-finansowym działań w okresie 01.04.2018-31.03.2020. 2/ Cele pośrednie: 1. Zwiększenie ilości e-usług o 3, 4 i 5 poziomie dojrzałości; 2. Zwiększenie kompetencji cyfrowych 110 pracowników JST; 3. Wdrożenie infrastruktury zapewniającej interoperacyjność rejestrów publicznych oraz istniejących systemów IT i ich integrację. Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie w gminach Klimontów, Łagów, Obrazów, a w przypadku gminy Ożarów - rozbudowa otwartej platformy e-usług, cyfrowej platformy integrującej referencyjne i dziedzinowe zasoby informacyjne o charakterze opisowym i przestrzennym w celu ich publikacji oraz świadczenia związanych z nimi usług. Zostaną zmodernizowane programy dziedzinowe umożliwiające świadczenie e-usług wraz z migracją danych ze starych systemów; wdrożone formularze e-usług; zmodernizowane elektroniczne zarządzanie dokumentacją; wdrożony moduł informacji przestrzennej we wszystkich gminach oraz zmodernizowana strona www w Gminie Obrazów i Ożarów. Zakupiony zostanie sprzęt komputerowy i oprogramowanie, przeprowadzone szkolenia administratorów i użytkowników zaawansowanych. Najważniejsze wskaźniki: Liczba usług publicznych udostępnionych on-line o stopniu dojrzałości co najmniej 4 - transakcja [szt.] 9,00 Liczba usług publicznych udostępnionych on-line o stopniu dojrzałości 3 - dwustronna interakcja [szt.] 8,00 (Polish)

Objectives of the project in line with objectives 7.1 WWW 2014-2020: 1/Direct purpose: Increase the quality and availability of e-administrative services relevant for residents, entrepreneurs and employees of JST in the municipalities of Klimontów, Łagów, Images, Ożarów in Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship and monitoring the process of their provision through the implementation of the activities planned in the financial and material schedule in the period 01.04.2018-31.03.2020. 2/Indirect objectives: 1. Increase the number of e-services by 3, 4 and 5 levels of maturity; 2. Increasing the digital competence of 110 employees of JST; 3. Implement infrastructure to ensure the interoperability of public registers and existing IT systems and their integration. The subject of the project is the implementation in the municipalities of Klimontów, Łagów, Images, and in the case of the municipality of Ożarów – the development of an open e-service platform, a digital platform integrating the reference and field information resources of a descriptive and spatial nature for their publication and the provision of related services. The field programmes will be modernised to enable the provision of e-services together with the migration of data from old systems; e-service forms implemented; modernised electronic documentation management; implemented spatial information module in all municipalities and modernised website in the Images and Ożarów Municipality. Computer hardware and software, training of administrators and advanced users will be purchased.
