Celem gł. P jest aktywna integracja 50 osób (20Ki30M) zagr. ubóstwem i wyk. społ. z terenu woj. święt. poprzez wzmocnienie ich szans na zatr. do końca 02.2018.Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację kompleks. pakietu usług z zakr.aktywnej integracji w wymiarze psych.,społ.i zaw. Planowane formy wsp. obejmują wsparcie psych. w formie warsztatów grupowych i konsultacji ind.,kompleksowe usługi w zakresie poradnictwa zaw.,w tym opr.Ind. Planów Działania, wysokiej jakości kursy zawodowe dla uzyskania kwalifikacji zg. z potrzebami RP i osobist. predysp. UP, 6 miesięczne staże zawod. u pracod. GD będzie stanowić 50os.(20Ki30M) w wieku od 18lat i więcej zagr. ubóstwem i wykl. społ., w tym os. z niepełnospraw. należące do min. jednej z poniższych grup: a) osoby lub rodziny korzystające ze świadczeń z pomocy społ. zg. z ustawą z dnia 12 marca 2004 r. o pomocy społ. lub kwalifi. się do objęcia wsparciem pomocy społ.j, tj. spełniające co najmniej jedną z przesłanek określonych w art. 7 ustawy o pomocy społ.; f) osoby z niepełnosp. – ON w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 27 sierpnia 1997 r. o rehabilitacji zaw. i społ. oraz zatr. ON, a także osoby z zaburzeniami psych.i, w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 19 sierpnia 1994 r. o ochr. zdrowia psych.; k) osoby korzystające z PO PŻ 2014-2020 Rezultaty P:1. min. 45 UP podniesie swoje komp. psycho-społ. poprzez skorzystanie ze wsparcia psych. 2. min. 45 UP podniesie swój potencjał zatrudnialności i um. poruszania się po RP,3.min. 45 UP podniesie swoje kwalifikacje poprzez ukończenie kursów zaw. 4. min. 45 UP uzyska/poszerzy swoje dośw. zaw. poprzez udział w stażach 5. min. 60% UP dokona postępów w zakr.aktywizacji społ.-zatr. w wymiarze społ. w okr. do 3 m-cy po zakończeniu udziału w P, w tym min. 30% uzyska zatr. (w rozumieniu wytycznych dot. efektywności zatr.- w tym min. 1 ON) Wniosk. kwota dof. wyn. 1 380 378,40zł. The target is deep. P is the active integration of 50 people (20Ki30M) of poverty and e.g. community from the area of the Holy Voivodeship by strengthening their chances of recovery by the end of 02.2018.This goal will be achieved through the implementation of the complex. a package of services from the area of active integration in the mental dimension. Planned forms include psych support. in the form of group workshops and consultations ind., comprehensive services in the field of counselling, including OR.Ind. Action Plans, high-quality vocational courses for obtaining qualifications according to the needs of the Republic of Poland and personal. predysp. Up, 6 months internships at work. GD will be 50 people (20Ki30M) aged 18 years and more in poverty and out of the population, including persons from disability belonging to min. of one of the following groups: persons or families benefiting from social assistance in accordance with the Law of 12 March 2004 on social aid or eligible to benefit from the social aid, i.e. fulfilling at least one of the conditions laid down in Article 7 of the Social Aid Act; F) Part-party persons. — ON within the meaning of the Act of 27 August 1997 on Rehabilitation and Social Rehabilitation and Zatr. He, as well as persons with mental disorders, within the meaning of the Act of 19 August 1994 on the protection of mental health; K) people benefiting from PO PŻ 2014-2020 Results P:1. min. 45 UP will raise their comp. psycho-society through the use of psych support. 2. min. 45 UP will increase its employability potential and um. move around the Republic of Poland.3.min. 45 UP will raise its qualifications by completing courses incl. 4. min. 45 UP will gain/incl. through participation in internships 5. min. 60 % of UP will make progress in the area of social activation in the proportion of the population in the round to 3 m after the end of participation in P, of which at least 30 % will gain. (within the meaning of the Efficiency Guidelines – including min. 1 ON) Application amount 1 380 378.40 PLN. The value of own contribution of PLN 128 552.00 PLN real will be in the period 09.2016-02.2018 in the area of St. (English)
