Inwestycja polega na wdrożeniu systemu informatycznego poprzez zakup oprogramowania i prace wdrożeniowe wewnątrz budynku przez Cukiernia Jana Jan Staniszewski zlokalizowanej przy ul. Szosa do Świętajna 6, 19-400 Olecko, nr działki 58/1. Dzięki realizacji projektu nastąpi usprawnienie pewnych procesów: marketing, logistyka, zarządzanie relacjami z klientami, zarządzanie jakością, kontrola BHP, zarządzanie kadrami, zaopatrzenie. Ekonomicznym efektem realizacji projektu będzie: zmniejszenie kosztów, wzrost efektywności pracy, zwiększenie przychodów, poprawa jakości usług/produktów, zmniejszenie czasochłonności procesów. Projekt przewiduje: 1. Audyt przedwdrożeniowy 2. System Magazynowo-sprzedażowy 3. System Finansowo-księgowy 4. System Kadrowp-płacowy 5. System Ewidencja środków trwałych i amortyzacji 6. Roszerzenia dodatkowe do systemu WAPRO 7. Opieka powdrożeniowa 8. Wdrożenie systemów, szkolenia stanowiskowe 9. Zintegrowane zarządzanie przedsiębiorstwa 10. Procesy produkcyjne / Magazyn 11. System obsługi sklepu własnego 4szt. 12. Centralny punkt przetwarzania danych 13. Sieć LAN, szafa rack z wyposażeniem, urządzenia aktywne sieci 14. System bacupu danych, ochrona antywirusowa 15. Zakup Konica Minolta BizHub C258 Projekt wpisuje się w Cel SZOOP jakim Celem poddziałania są nowe modele biznesowe w przedsiębiorstwach województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego." ponieważ bezpośrednim rezultatem projektu będzie rezultat spójny z SZOOP tj. zwiększenie wartości przychodów Wnioskodawcy i jego otwarcie na nowe rynki. The investment consists of the implementation of an IT system through the purchase of software and implementation works inside the building by Jan Staniszewski Cukiernia located at ul. Road to Holy Day 6, 19-400 Olecko, plot No 58/1. Through the implementation of the project, certain processes will be streamlined: marketing, logistics, customer relations management, quality management, health and safety control, HR management, procurement. The economic effect of the project will be: reduce costs, increase labour efficiency, increase revenues, improve the quality of services/products, reduce time-consuming processes. The project envisages: 1. Pre-implementation audit 2. Warehouse and sales system 3. Financial and accounting system 4. Kadrowp-Wage System 5. System Register of fixed assets and depreciation 6. Additional refills to WAPRO 7. Post-implementation care 8. Implementation of systems, post training 9. Integrated enterprise management 10. Production processes/Magazine 11. Shop service system own 4pcs. 12. Central Data Processing Point 13. LAN, rack cabinet with equipment, active network devices 14. Data bacupu system, antivirus protection 15.
