Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup przez firmę LIRA usług, które przyczynią się do wzmocnienia pozycji konkurencyjnej przedsiębiorstwa i jego rozwoju, czyli usług związanych z internacjonalizacją firmy, w tym organizacja udziału przedsiębiorstwa w międzynarodowych targach. Najbardziej prestiżowe, międzynarodowe targi branżowe Light & Building we Frankfurcie (Niemcy) odbędą się w dniach 8 - 13.03.2020 r. Organizacja udziału w targach Light & Building jest przedsięwzięciem długotrwałym, a działania w ramach projektu będą trwały od 03.06.2019 do 30.06.2020 i są podzielone na następujące etapy: I etap (czerwiec 2019): • wybór i podpisanie umowy z wybraną firmą w kwestii kompleksowej usługi związanej z organizacją udziału przedsiębiorstwa w międzynarodowych targach; II etap (2019/ 2020 rok): • wynajem powierzchni wystawienniczej, budowa i obsługa stoiska wystawowego podczas uczestnictwa w targach (w tym m.in.: projekt zabudowy stoiska, montaż, demontaż stoiska, podłączenie i zużycie mediów); • przygotowanie i druk materiałów promocyjnych oraz tłumaczenie treści ww. materiałów; • transport i spedycja eksponatów (wraz z ubezpieczeniem) w związku z udziałem w targach; • dojazd do i z kraju docelowego w terminach umożliwiających uczestnictwo w wydarzeniu 3 pracowników (zgodnie z załączonym do wniosku o dofinansowanie programem wydarzenia); • nocleg w hotelach o standardzie maks. 3-gwiazdkowym dla 3 pracowników wraz z wyżywieniem (śniadania, obiadokolacje). Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SzOOP RPO WiM Poddziałanie 1.3.5 Usługi dla MŚP określonym jako wzmacnianie konkurencyjności MŚP. Zakup przez przedsiębiorstwo LIRA usług w związanych z internacjonalizacją firmy, w tym kompleksowa organizacja udziału firmy w międzynarodowych targach spowoduje wzrost i wzmocnienie konkurencyjności firmy LIRA. Realizacja projektu wpłynie na stworzenie lepszych warunków do rozwoju firmy co jest celem szczegółowym Poddziałania 1.3.5. (Polish)

The object of the project is the purchase by LIRA of services which will contribute to strengthening the company’s competitive position and its development, i.e. services related to the company’s internationalisation, including organisation of the company’s participation in international fairs. The most prestigious international trade fair Light & Building in Frankfurt (Germany) will take place from 8-13.03.2020. The organisation of participation in the Light & Building is a long-term project and the project activities will last from 03.06.2019 to 30.06.2020 and are divided into the following stages: Stage I (June 2019): • selecting and signing an agreement with the selected company for a comprehensive service related to the organisation of the company’s participation in international fairs; Stage II (2019/2020 year): • rental of exhibition space, construction and service of the exhibition stand during participation in fairs (including: booth construction, installation, stand dismantling, connection and media consumption); • preparation and printing of promotional materials and translation of the content of the above mentioned materials; • transport and forwarding of exhibits (including insurance) in connection with participation in fairs; • access to and from the destination country within the deadlines for participation in the event of 3 employees (according to the application for funding of the event programme); • accommodation in hotels of the standard max. 3-star for 3 employees with board (breakfasts, half board). The project fits into the assumptions set out in the SzOOP RPO WiM Sub-measure 1.3.5 SME Services defined as strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs. The acquisition by LIRA of services related to the company’s internationalisation, including a comprehensive organisation of the company’s participation in international fairs, will increase and strengthen the competitiveness of LIRA. The implementation of the project will help create better conditions for the company’s development, which is a specific objective of Sub-measure 1.3.5. (English)
