Projekt realizowany będzie na terenie Gm.Klimontów (ul.Szkolna1) w okr. 15.07.2016-31.08.2017. Skierowany on jest do 4 grup, w tym: -1 nowo utworzona (2,5-4l) oraz w ramach dotychczasowych 3 oddziały. Celem głównym projektu jest wyższy poziom upowszechnienia edukacji przedszkolnej w gminie Klimontów poprzez stworzenie nowych miejsc dla25 dzieci (12Dz) oraz objęcie ofertą dodatkowych zajęć edukacyjnych 99dzieci (53ch). GD stanowi 25 dzieci mieszkające w Gminie Klimontów, dla których stworzone zostaną nowe miejsca przedszkolne oraz 74dzieci, które objęte zostaną ofertą zaj. dodatkowych. Wskaźniki produktu: -L. dzieci objętych w ramach programu dod.zajęciami zwiększającymi ich szanse edukacyjne w edukacji przedszkolnej 20 - L.miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego dofinansowanych w progr. 20 -L. obiektów dostos. do potrzeb osób z niepełn.i 0 -L. osób objętych szkol./doradztwem w zakresie komp.cyfr. 0 -L. proj. w których sfinansowano koszty racj. usprawnień 0 Wskaźniki rezultatu: - Liczba dzieci, u których zaobserwowano wzrost umiejętności w zakresie przewidzianym na etapie edukacji przedszkolnej w ramach podst. programowej o min 20%: 25dzieci/12ch - Liczba dzieci, u których zaobserwowano wzrost umiejętności w zakresie wymowy o min 20%: 18dzieci/9ch - Liczba dzieci, u których zaobserwowano poprawę w zakresie koordynacji ruchowej o min 20%: 99/53ch - Liczba dzieci, u których zaobserwowano wzrost kompetencji społeczno-emocjonalnych o min 20%: 99/53ch Dla nowej grupy dzieci zakupiony zostanie sprzęt, materiały dydaktyczne, zorganizowane będą wyżywienie, zaj. edukacyjne, doposażona zostanie sala i zaadoptowana łazienka (brodzik i bateria). Doposażony będzie plac zabaw.Wszystkie dzieci zostaną objęte programem zaj. dod.(zaj. artyst.-plastyczne, gimnastyka korekcyjna, zaj. rozw. kompetencje społ.-emocjonlane, tj. zajecia teatralne, taneczne i plastyczno-artystyczne). The project will be implemented in the area of Gm.Klimontów (Szkolna Street1) in around. 15.07.2016-31.08.2017. The main objective of the project is to increase the level of pre-school education in the Klimontów commune by creating new places for 25 children (12Dz) and to include additional educational activities of 99 children (53rd). GD consists of 25 children living in Klimontów, for whom new kindergarten places and 74 children will be created. Output indicators: —L. children covered by the programme to increase their educational opportunities in pre-school education 20 – L. places of pre-school education co-financed in progr. 20 -L. facilities to suit the needs of persons with a partial and 0 -L. persons covered by the school./advice in the field of comp. digits. 0 -L. project in which the cost of improvement was financed 0 Results indices: — Number of children with an increase in skills in the pre-primary education phase of the programme by at least 20 %: 25 children/12ch – Number of children with a 20 % increase in pronunciation skills: 18 children/9ch – Number of children with an improvement in motor coordination of at least 20 %: 99/53ch – Number of children with an increase of 20 % in socio-emotional competences: 99/53ch For the new group of children, equipment, teaching materials, food, educational activities will be arranged, the room will be equipped and the bathroom (broaddle and battery) will be adapted. All children will be included in the program.(i.e. artists-plastic, corrective gymnastics, development of social competences, i.e. theatrical, dance and artistic activities).
