Projekt dotyczy podwyższenia jakości i atrakcyjności usług edukacyjnych poprzez realizację programów i zajęć rozwijających kompetencje kluczowe i przygotowujących w przyszłości do aktywnego i efektywnego uczestnictwa na rynku pracy. Grupę Docelową stanowi 16 nauczycieli (14 kobiet i 2 mężczyzn) oraz 75 uczniów w wieku szkolnym od 7 do 16 lat (36 dz. i 39 chł) ze Szkoły Podstawowej w Kocierzu oraz w Szkole Podstawowej w Okrajniku. Zadania: Kształtowanie i rozwijanie u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych, szkolenia dla nauczycieli, zajęcia z uczniem o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych oraz wsparcie ucznia młodszego, tworzenie w szkołach warunków do nauczania opartego na metodzie eksperymentu. Wskaźniki kluczowe: Liczba uczniów, którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe po opuszczeniu programu, liczba nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu. The project concerns increasing the quality and attractiveness of educational services through programmes and activities developing key competences and preparing in the future for active and effective participation in the labour market. The target group consists of 16 teachers (14 women and 2 men) and 75 pupils aged between 7 and 16 (36 and 39 boys) from the Elementary School in Kocierze and the Primary School in Orodnik. Tasks: Developing and developing key competences in pupils, training for teachers, classes with a pupil with special educational needs and support for a younger student, creating conditions for teaching in schools based on the experimental method. Key indicators: Number of pupils who have acquired key competences after leaving the programme, the number of teachers who have acquired qualifications or competence after leaving the programme.
