Projekt polega na termomodernizacji komunalnych budynków mieszkalnych. Będą to: - Budynek mieszkalny w Żarkach przy ul. Leśniowskiej 61, nr. działki 1799/3, - Budynek mieszkalny w Żarkach ul. Berka Joselewicza 11, nr. działki 2074/3, - Budynek mieszkalny w Przybynowie przy ul. Szkolnej 4, nr. działki 291/7, - Budynek mieszkalny w Żarkach przy ul. Piłsudskiego 38, nr. działki 2323/8, 2323/10 - w ramach kosztów niekwalifikowanych. W ramach projektu zostaną wykonane roboty budowlane w zakresie docieplenia ścian, wymiany stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, modernizacji źródeł ciepła oraz instalacji c.o. Celem głównym projektu jest: poprawa efektywności energetycznej w sektorze komunalnych zasobów mieszkaniowych Gminy Żarki, a w konsekwencji zmniejszenie emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery i redukcji zużycia energii. The project consists of the thermal modernisation of municipal residential buildings. It will be: — Residential building in Żarkach Street. Leśniowska 61, no. plot 1799/3, – Residential building in Żarkach ul. Berek Joselewicza 11, no. plot 2074/3, – Residential building in Przybynów on ul. School 4, no. plot 291/7, – Residential building in Żarkach on ul. Piłsudskiego 38, plot No. 2323/8, 2323/10 – as part of ineligible costs. As part of the project, construction works will be carried out in the area of insulation of walls, replacement of window and door joinery, modernisation of heat sources and central heating installations. The main objective of the project is: improve energy efficiency in the municipal housing sector of Żarki commune and consequently reduce emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere and reduce energy consumption.
