    Przedmiotem projektu jest montaż instalacji służących do produkcji energii cieplnej i elektrycznej, w tym instalacji OZE w 49 budynkach, należących do Mieszkańców Gminy Psary. Działania te przyczynią się do realizacji celu głównego projektu, jakim jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej jednorodzinnych budynków mieszkalnych w Gminie Psary. Cel ten zostanie zrealizowany poprzez realizację celów bezpośrednich, które są odpowiedzią na zdefiniowane problemy: - Ograniczenie strat energii podczas ogrzewania budynków oraz obniżenie kosztów ogrzewania - Zwiększenie produkcji energii z instalacji OZE - Redukcja emisji zanieczyszczeń do powietrza atmosferycznego - Poprawa warunków użytkowania obiektów oraz zwiększenie komfortu życia Mieszkańców Korzyści z przeprowadzenia prac zastąpienia tradycyjnych nośników energii (w tym głównie węgla) na ekologiczne: biomasę, energię ze słońca, gaz odniosą przede wszystkim Mieszkańcy.
