Centrum Leczenia Oparzeń w Siemianowicach Śląskich (CLO) realizuje projekt „Zdrowy pracownik najlepszą wizytówką firmy-eliminowanie zdrowotnych czynników ryzyka w miejscu pracy u zatrudnionych w Centrum Leczenia Oparzeń im. dr. Stanisława Sakiela w Siemianowicach Śląskich”, Celem projektu jest poprawa warunków pracy osób zatrudnionych w placówce. Działania obejmą pracowników CLO zatrudnionych na podstawie umowy o prace. W ramach projektu zostanie między innymi zakupiony sprzęt i urządzenia ograniczające fizyczny udział pracowników w wykonywanych czynnościach i poprawiający bezpieczeństwo pracy. Przeprowadzone dla pracowników szkolenia zwiększą ich świadomość na temat zdrowotnego wpływu niekorzystnych zachowań w pracy oraz pomogą na skuteczne przeciwdziałanie negatywnym skutkom związanym z obciążeniem układu ruchu i towarzyszącym w pracy obciążeniom psychospołecznym, w tym radzeniem sobie ze stresem zawodowym. The Burn Treatment Centre in Siemianowice Śląskie (CLO) implements the project “Healthy employee best showcase of the company-eliminating health risk factors in the workplace at the Dr. Stanislaw Sakiel Burn Treatment Centre in Siemianowice Śląskie”, the aim of the project is to improve the working conditions of people employed in the facility. The activities will include CLO employees employed on the basis of a work contract. The project will include the purchase of equipment and equipment limiting the physical participation of employees in the activities performed and improving work safety. Training for employees will increase their awareness of the health impact of adverse behaviour at work and will help to effectively counteract the negative effects of traffic system burdens and psychosocial burdens, including dealing with occupational stress.
