W wyniku realizacji projektu zostanie zakupiony symulator jazdy autobusem z możliwością szybkiej zmiany charakterystyki pracy od pojazdu tradycyjnego z manualną skrzynią biegów poprzez automatyczną skrzynię, pojazdy hybrydowe i elektryczne, a jednocześnie zmiany jego modelu (krótki, długi, przegubowy) wraz z procesami szkoleniowymi uczącymi prawidłowej techniki i taktyki jazdy. Aktualnie na świecie nie występuje tego rodzaju symulator co potwierdza rozeznanie rynku i opinia o innowacyjności. Realizacja projektu pozwoli wdrożyć m.in.: -innowacyjność procesową - symulator autobusu napędzany silnikiem elektrycznym wraz z procesami szkoleniowymi uczącymi prawidłowej techniki i taktyki jazdy takimi pojazdami -innowacyjność produktową w postaci usług - nowe szkolenia z możliwością zmiany pojazdów pod względem rodzaju napędu i modeli autobusów oraz scenariuszy wraz z wynikami dla każdego rodzaju napędu, gdzie instruktor będzie mógł omawiać pozytywne i negatywne skutki kierowania. As a result of the project, a bus ride simulator will be purchased with the possibility of changing the working characteristics of a traditional vehicle with manual transmission via automatic transmission, hybrid and electric vehicles, and at the same time changing its model (short, long, articulated) along with training processes teaching proper driving technique and tactics. Currently, there is no such simulator in the world, which confirms market intelligence and opinion on innovation. The implementation of the project will allow implementation of, among others: —processual innovation – a bus simulator powered by an electric motor together with training processes teaching the correct techniques and tactics to drive such vehicles – product innovation in the form of services – new training with the possibility of changing vehicles in terms of the type of propulsion and models of buses and scenarios, together with results for each type of drive where the instructor will be able to discuss the positive and negative effects of driving.
