Celem projektu jest zakup oraz wdrożenie innowacyjnego, dedykowanego dla branży budownictwa drogowego systemu do wieloaspektowego zarządzania robotami drogowymi. W ramach projektu spółka wdroży innowacje procesowe oraz organizacyjne w zakresie kompleksowego zarządzania realizowanymi kontraktami budowlanymi, dostosowane precyzyjnie do specyfiki branży, dla której rozliczanie kontraktów stanowi element nadrzędny w odniesieniu do rozliczania działalności w okresach obrachunkowych. Projekt w sposób bezpośredni przyczyni się do wdrożenia znacząco ulepszonych usług w zakresie budowy nowych dróg oraz remontu istniejących nawierzchni drogowych. Projekt dotyczy optymalizacji wszystkich procesów biznesowych przy wykorzystaniu systemu w obszarze B2E. Bezpośrednim efektem projektu będzie wzrost zdolności produkcyjnych spółki poprzez skrócenie terminów realizacji budów, przy jednoczesnym obniżeniu kosztów ich realizacji. W ramach projektu utworzone zostanie jedno nowe stanowisko pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to purchase and implement an innovative system dedicated to the road construction industry for multifaceted management of road robots. As part of the project, the company will implement process and organizational innovations in the field of comprehensive management of implemented construction contracts, tailored precisely to the specificities of the industry, for which the clearing of contracts is an overarching element in relation to clearing of activities during accounting periods. The project will directly contribute to the implementation of significantly improved services for the construction of new roads and the renovation of existing road surfaces. The project concerns the optimisation of all business processes using the system in the B2E area. The direct effect of the project will be to increase the company’s production capacity by shortening the deadlines for the construction works, while reducing the costs of implementing them. One new job will be created within the project. (English)
