Projekt zakłada wykonanie prac remontowo-budowlanych w zdegradowanym budynku przy ul. Sułkowskiego 9 w celu jego adaptacji na potrzeby utworzenia Centrum Pomocy Rodzinie jako elementu rozbudowy infrastruktury usług społecznych na terenie miasta Częstochowy. Zakres prac obejmuje przebudowę wnętrza budynku, budowę nowej klatki schodowej, wykonanie wejścia, wzmocnienie stropów wraz z wykonaniem nowego stropu nad piętrem, wzmocnienia konstrukcji dachu oraz ocieplenie budynku w celu dostosowania do nowej funkcji. Zostaną utworzone pomieszczenia terapii indywidualnych i grupowych, pomieszczenia, sale szkoleniowe, punkt przedszkolny zapewniający opiekę nad dzieckiem w czasie gdy rodzic odbywać będzie spotkanie terapeutyczne lub rozmowę. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną stworzone odpowiednie warunki dla realizacji zadań w zakresie wsparcia rodziny oraz rodzinnej pieczy zastępczej. Uzupełnieniem będą działania realizowane oraz planowane do realizacji w ramach EFS. (Polish)

The project assumes the execution of renovation and construction works in a degraded building at ul. Sułkowski 9 in order to adapt it for the purpose of establishing a Family Assistance Centre as an element of the development of social services infrastructure in the city of Częstochowa. The scope of works includes the reconstruction of the interior of the building, the construction of a new staircase, the construction of the entrance, the reinforcement of the ceiling with the construction of a new floor, the reinforcement of the roof structure and the warming of the building in order to adapt to the new function. Individual and group therapy rooms, rooms, training rooms, preschool facilities providing childcare will be established while the parent has a therapeutic meeting or conversation. As a result of the project, appropriate conditions will be created for the implementation of tasks in the field of family support and family foster care. The actions to be implemented and planned under the ESF will be complemented. (English)
