Projekt polega na wdrożeniu w przedsiębiorstwie technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych dzięki którym możliwe będzie Stworzenie kompleksowego systemu zarządzania produkcją wyrobów w czasie rzeczywistym, składającego się z oprogramowania i urządzeń, operującego na danych rzeczywistych pochodzących bezpośrednio z raportów on-line tworzonych przez operatorów, z identyfikacji kodami kreskowymi oraz danych importowanych z systemu ERP, zapewniającego następujące korzyści: -krótszy cykl produkcyjny, -redukcję zapasów i stanów magazynowych, -wzrost produktywności, -redukcję kosztów stałych i zmiennych w przedsiębiorstwie.
