Projekt polega na budowie Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów w Lęborku wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną i wyposażeniem oraz na przeprowadzeniu działań informacyjno – edukacyjnych dotyczących gospodarki odpadami i funkcjonowania planowanego PSZOK. Głównym problemem projektu jest ograniczona efektywność systemów zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych na terenie Gminy Miasto Lębork, która wynika bezpośrednio z niewystarczającej ilości odpowiedniej infrastruktury w zakresie odbioru i segregacji odpadów komunalnych, tzw. PSZOK. Obecnie funkcjonujący PSZOK w Czarnówku, obsługujący m.in. Lębork, nie jest w stanie zaspokoić w pełni zgłaszanych potrzeb. Ponadto zlokalizowany on jest 3 km od północnej granicy Miasta, co dla wielu mieszkańców Lęborka, głównie jego południowej części, stanowi znaczną odległość. Celem głównym przedmiotowego projektu jest budowa PSZOK na terenie Lęborka. Zidentyfikowane czynniki ryzyka nie zagrażają realizacji oraz zachowaniu trwałości projektu. (Polish)

The project consists of the construction of the Waste Collection Point in Lębork together with the necessary technical infrastructure and equipment, and to carry out information and educational activities concerning waste management and the functioning of the planned PSZOK. The main problem of the project is the limited efficiency of municipal waste management systems in the Municipality of Lębork, which results directly from the insufficient amount of adequate infrastructure for the collection and segregation of municipal waste, so-called. IT’S ALL RIGHT. Currently functioning PSZOK in Czarnówk, serving among others. Lębork is unable to meet the fully reported needs. In addition, it is located 3 km from the northern border of the city, which for many inhabitants of Lębork, mainly the southern part, is a significant distance. The main objective of this project is to build PSZOK in Lębork. The identified risk factors do not jeopardise the implementation and sustainability of the project. (English)
