Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa nowego, kompletnie wyposażonego Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych w Gniewie wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą. Prace budowlano-montażowe realizowane będą w trybie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”. Odrębnie zamówione zostanie wyposażenie PSZOK. Zapewniony zostanie nadzór inwestorski nad całością zadania inwestycyjnego (projektowaniem, budową i dostawą wyposażenia). Przeprowadzone zostaną obowiązkowe działania w zakresie informacji i promocji. W ramach projektu uwzględnione zostały również zadania związane z jego przygotowaniem i zarządzaniem. W ramach cross-financingu (instrumentu elastyczności) zaplanowano działania edukacyjne w zakresie zapobiegania powstawaniu odpadów, właściwego postępowania z odpadami oraz odzysku i recyklingu odpadów. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności systemu gospodarowania odpadami komunalnymi na terenie Miasta i Gminy Gniew, dla osiągnięcia wymaganych poziomów recyklingu i odzysku odpadów komunalnych. The object of the project is the construction of a new, fully equipped Municipal Waste Collection Point in Gniew together with the accompanying infrastructure. Construction and assembly works will be carried out in the “design and build” mode. The equipment of PSZOK will be ordered separately. Investor supervision will be ensured over the entire investment task (design, construction and delivery of equipment). Mandatory information and promotion activities will be carried out. The project also takes into account the tasks related to its preparation and management. As part of the cross-financing (flexibility instrument), educational activities are planned in the field of waste prevention, proper management of waste and waste recovery and recycling. The aim of the project is to increase the efficiency of municipal waste management system in the City and Gniew Municipality, in order to achieve the required levels of recycling and recovery of municipal waste.
