Projekt obejmuje utworzenie na terenie M i G Skarszewy Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych. PSZOK to miejsce, w którym mieszkańcy MiG Skarszew, będą mogli zostawić wytwarzane przez siebie, selektywnie zebrane odpady komunalne. Zaplanowano punkt o charakterze stacjonarnym z uwzględnieniem łatwego dostępu do przedmiotowego punktu dla wszystkich mieszkańców. Celem głównym projektu jest ograniczenie negatywnego wpływu na środowisko wytwarzanych odpadów poprzez stworzenie warunków do prowadzenia działalności zbiórki i magazynowania odpadów. Produktem będzie utworzenie 1 PSZOK, rezultatem objęcie wszystkich mieszkańców selektywnym zbieraniem odpadów. Projekt obejmuje prace remont. – budow. (wymiana pokrycia dachu, docieplenie budynku, remont posadzki, remont oświetlenia wewnętrznego, montaż oświetlenia zewn., utwardzenie placu wokół budynku kostką polbrukową oraz montaż wiaty), zakup środków trwałych, urządzeń i sprzętu oraz przepro. działań prom. i eduk. w ramach instr. elast.
