Przedmiotem projektu jest podjęcie szeregu działań rewitalizacyjnych: 1)Dostosowanie Żuławskiego Ośrodka Kultury do celów świadczenia usług społecznych 2)Zagospodarowanie bulwaru wzdłuż rzeki Tuga 3)Zagospodarowanie części wspólnych i podwórek wspólnot mieszkaniowych oraz komunalnych obiektów mieszkaniowych (6 budynków komunalnych, 2 podwórek przy budynkach komunalnych, 3 budynki WM i podwórko pomiędzy dwoma budynkami SM) 4)Zagospodarowanie ciągów komunikacyjnych i terenów przyległych (ul. Miłosza, ul. Przechodnia, ul. Wejhera, ul. Obrońców Westerplatte, ul. Wąska) 5)Instrument elastyczności (konkurs dla mieszkańców, warsztaty, prace związane z zagospodarowaniem terenu) Celem projektu jest przywrócenie funkcji społeczno-gospodarczych i poprawa jakości przestrzeni publicznej na zdegradowanym obszarze nr 11 miasta Nowy Dwór Gdański. The aim of the project is to undertake a number of revitalisation activities: 1)Adaptation of the ¯uławy Cultural Centre for the purpose of providing social services 2)Use of a boulevard along the Tuga River 3)The management of common parts and courtyards of housing communities and municipal housing (6 municipal buildings, 2 yards next to municipal buildings, 3 WM buildings and a yard between two buildings SM) 4)Construction of transport lines and adjacent areas (ul. Miłosza, ul. Passerby, st. Wejhera, ul. Defenders of Westerplatte, ul. Narrow) 5)Instrument of flexibility (competition for residents, workshops, works related to land development) The aim of the project is to restore socio-economic functions and improve the quality of public space in the degraded area no. 11 of Nowy Dwór Gdański.
