Celem proj. jest przywrócenie funkcji społ.-gosp. i poprawa jakości przestrzeni publicznych na zdegradowanym obszarze. Projekt obejmuje obszar rewitalizowany o pow. 14,08ha zamieszkany przez 1473 osoby i składa się z następujących zadań: Zad 1.Przeb. mieszkania oraz sali katechetycznej wraz z zagospodarowaniem przynależnego terenu z przeznaczeniem na CWRiD przy ul. Cichej 1 w Czarnem. Zad 2.Przeb. i remont pomieszczeń po miejskiej bibliotece publicznej wraz z zagospodarowaniem przynależnego terenu z przeznaczeniem na CWRiD przy ul. Kościuszki w Czarnem. Zad 3.Zagospodarowanie przestrzeni pub. działek przy ul. Mickiewicza i Ciasnej. Zad 4.Przebudowa Placu Wolności. Zad 5.Remont części wspólnych budynków mieszk. przy ul. Zamkowej, Mickiewicza i Cichej wraz z zagospodarowaniem bezpośredniego otoczenia. Zad 6. Zagospodarowanie przestrzeni publicznej przy ul. Zamkowej i Podmurnej. Oraz zadanie "Wspólnie tworzymy naszą przestrzeń–otwarty konkurs ofert" w ramach instrumentu elastyczności. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to restore the function of the community-gosp. and to improve the quality of public spaces in the degraded area. The project covers the revitalised area of the area. 14.08 ha inhabited by 1473 persons and consists of the following tasks: Zad 1st floor of the apartment and the catechetic hall along with the development of the area belonging to the CWRiD at ul. Quiet 1 in Black. Zad 2nd and renovation of the premises after the municipal public library along with the development of the area belonging to the CWRiD at ul. Kosciuszko in Black. Zad 3.Personalisation of the pub. plots at ul. Mickiewicza and Ciasna. Zad 4.Reconstruction of Freedom Square. Zad 5.Renovation of parts of common buildings in the village. Castle, Mickiewicza and Cicha, together with the development of the immediate surroundings. The ass of 6. Development of public space at ul. Castle and Submurna. And the task “Together create our open tender space” under the Flexibility Instrument. (English)
