Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa termomodernizacja budynku użyteczności publicznej będącego własnością Miasta Ruda Śląska. W ramach projektu nastąpi poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej uzyskana poprzez poprawę izolacyjności przegród budowlanych w wyniku wykonania termomodernizacji polegającej na dociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych, dociepleniu stropodachu, wymianie stolarki okiennej na klatce schodowej na wyroby o lepszej izolacyjności wraz z budową instalacji fotowoltaicznej wykorzystującej odnawialne źródła energii do wytwarzania energii elektrycznej. The subject of the project is a comprehensive thermal modernisation of the public utility building owned by the City of Ruda Śląska. The project will improve the energy efficiency of the public utility building achieved by improving insulation of building partitions as a result of thermal modernisation consisting of insulation of external walls, warming of ceilings, replacement of window joinery on staircase for products with better insulation, including the construction of a photovoltaic installation using renewable energy sources to generate electricity.
