Projekt obejmuje zakup: 1. Zrobotyzowanego stanowiska spawalniczego 2. Prasy krawędziowej CNC W wyniku wdrożenia innowacyjnych technologii obróbki stali wzrośnie konkurencyjność oferty produktowej przedsiębiorstwa dzięki zmniejszeniu energo i materiałochonności procesu zaginania i spawania, skróceniu czasu operacji produkcyjnych i wyeliminowaniu części z nich oraz ograniczeniu kosztów realizowanego procesu obróbki stali. Zostaną stworzone warunki technologiczne do uruchomienia udoskonalonego i nowego asortymentut, co w połączeniu z ograniczeniem kosztów pozwoli zwiększyć sprzedaż w tym sprzedaż na rynki zagraniczne na poziomie 2 mln w skali roku. Nastąpi wzrost wykorzystania technologii ITC w procesie produkcyjnym. (Polish)

The project includes the purchase of: 1. Robotised welding station 2. CNC press brakes As a result of the implementation of innovative steel machining technologies, the competitiveness of the company’s product offer will be increased by reducing the energy and material willingness of the bending and welding process, shortening the time of production operations and eliminating parts of them and reducing the costs of the steel processing process. Technological conditions will be created for the launch of an improved and new assortment, which, combined with cost reduction, will increase sales to foreign markets at the level of 2 million per year. There will be an increase in the use of ITC technology in the production process. (English)
