Przedmiotem projektu jest zbudowanie systemowego środowiska TIK i zbiorów dokumentów cyfrowych, stanowiących rdzeń geoprzestrzennych baz danych Miasta Ruda Śl., stanowiących podstawę wdrożenia i świadczenia zaawansowanych e-usług w ramach ww. środowiska, zgodnie z wymaganiami i standardami technicznymi oraz prawnymi. E-usługi funkcjonować będą na poziomie lokalnym, regionalnym, krajowym i europejskim. Cel projektu zostanie osiągnięty przez 2 grupy działań - modernizacja i rozbudowa systemów teleinformatycznych -budowę środowiska TIK e-usług geoinformacyjnych oraz modernizację, rozbudowę i dostosowanie do nowych regulacji prawnych istotnych części zbiorów danych Państwowego Zasobu Geodezyjnego i Kartograficznego w jego części powiatowej. Planuje się również zakup sprzętu, służącego celom dostarczania e-usług i przeprowadzenie szkoleń dla poszczególnych grup operatorów środowiska SGK_BGM, związanych z obsługą funkcji i klasą użytkownika oraz utrzymaniem poszczególnych modułów środowiska. The aim of the project is to build a systemic ICT environment and sets of digital documents, which are the core of geospatial databases of the City of Ruda Śl., which are the basis for the implementation and delivery of advanced e-services within the above-mentioned environment, in accordance with technical and legal requirements and standards. E-services will operate at local, regional, national and European level. The objective of the project will be achieved by 2 groups of activities – modernisation and expansion of ICT systems – construction of the ICT e-services environment and modernisation, expansion and adaptation to new legal regulations of important parts of data sets of the State Geodesy and Cartographic Resources in its district section. It is also planned to purchase equipment for the purpose of providing e-services and training for individual groups of operators of the SGK_BGM environment, related to the maintenance of functions and user class and the maintenance of individual environmental modules.
