Celem głównym projektu jest wzmocnienie i dostosowanie do potrzeb podkarpackiego rynku pracy kompetencji w zakresie języka angielskiego 264 uczestników i uczestniczek (UP) z województwa podkarpackiego w wieku 25 lat i więcej, w tym min. 106 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (posiadających wykształcenie do poziomu ISCED 3 włącznie) poprzez udział w szkoleniach potwierdzonych egzaminem TELC na poziomie A lub B przez min. 70% UP do 30.06.2021r. Wnioskodawca w ramach projektu założył realizację następujących wskaźników rezultatu: Liczba oso´b o niskich kwalifikacjach, kto´re uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu, Liczba oso´b w wieku 25 lat i wie˙cej, kto´re uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu, Liczba oso´b w wieku 50 lat i wie˙cej, kto´re uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu. Projekt skierowany jest do 264 mieszkańców gmin: ŁAŃCUT, LEŻAJSK, ROPCZYCE, PRZEWORSK, NISKO, LUBACZÓW oraz NOWA DĘBA, którzy będą mieli możliwość udziału w następujących działaniach: ZADANIE nr 1 - Kursy językowe - j. angielski (szkolenia stacjonarne) oraz ZADANIE nr 2 - J. angielski - egzaminy certyfikowane. Wniosek spełnia KRYTERIA SPECYFICZNE PREMIUJA˙CE nr 1 ponieważ projekt w całos´ci realizowany będzie w miejscowos´ciach do 25 tys´ mieszkan´co´w na terenie wyżej wskazanych gmin woj. podkarpackiego. The main objective of the project is to strengthen and adapt to the needs of the Podkarpackie labour market competences in the English language of 264 participants and participants (UP) from Podkarpackie voivodship aged 25 years and over, including at least 106 low-skilled people (who have an education up to and including ISCED 3) through participation in trainings confirmed by the TELC exam at level A or B by at least 70 % of the UP by 30.06.2021. The project applicant has established the implementation of the following result indicators: The number of low-skilled persons who have been qualified or have acquired competence after leaving the programme, the number of people aged 25 and more who have been qualified or acquired competence after leaving the programme, the number of people aged 50 and more who have been qualified or acquired competence after leaving the programme. The project is aimed at 264 communes residents: Łańcut, Leżajsk, Ropczyce, Przeworsk, NISKO, Lubaczów and NEW oak, who will have the opportunity to participate in the following activities: Task No. 1 – Language courses – English (employment training) and ATTENTION No 2 – English – Certified exams. The application complies with the specific CRITERIAMENT No 1 as the project will be implemented in the villages of up to 25 inhabitants in the aforementioned municipalities of Podkarpackie Voivodeship.
