Działania w projekcie zostały zaplanowane zgodnie z przeprowadzoną przez dyrekcje i kadrę szkół gmin Kamiennik i Pakosławice przy współpracy z wnioskodawcą diagnozą zapotrzebowania wsparcia. Diagnozy wykonane w oparciu o obowiązujące w oświacie standardy jakościowe i obiektywności (VIII-X 2015) zostały zatwierdzone przez organy prowadzące szkoły, tj. Urzędy Gminy Pakosławice i Kamiennik. Diagnoza wskazuje obszar potrzebnej interwencji związanej z występowaniem problemów/trudności w nabywaniu wiedzy przez uczniów i uczennice ze względu na indywidualne potrzeby rozwojowe, wskazuje zakres wsparcia indywidualnych uzdolnień i potencjałów oraz szczególne wymagania, którym sprostać muszą zatrudnieni w szkołach nauczyciele, aby odpowiedzieć na złożoną, trudną sytuację edukacyjno-wychowawczą w szkołach obu gmin. Adekwatnie do zdiagnozowanej sytuacji większość wsparcia kierowana jest do uczniów i uczennic, wsparcie nauczycieli ma charakter uzupełniający i jest związane bezpośrednio z występującymi potrzebami uczniów i uczennic.Założeniem stron zainteresowanych realizacją projektu było wyrównywanie szans w rozumieniu wyrównania szans dzieci i młodzieży mieszkających i uczących się na terenach słabo zurbanizowanych, ale również położenie nacisku na wzmocnienie grup defaworyzowanych, w tym osób niepełnosprawnych, niedostosowanych społ. czy żyjących w ubóstwie. Wsparcie w zakresie kompetencji kluczowych z matematyki, przyrody, jęz. obcych oraz komp. społecznych (innowacyjności, kreatywności, umiejętności pracy w grupie) i umiejętności uczenia się oraz TIK wzmocni potencjał ucz. i uczennic i ich przyszłą sytuację na rynku pracy. Unowocześnienie pracy szkół poprzez wdrożenie nauczania przyrody metodą eksperymentu oraz wyposażenie i doposażenie placówek w pomoce dydaktyczne i sprzęt TIK przedłuży rezultaty realizacji projektu na wiele lat. Lepsze kompetencje nauczycieli ze szkół przełożą się na konsekwentne podniesienie jakości edukacji w obu gminach. (Polish)

Activities in the project were planned in accordance with the management and staff of schools of Kamiennik and Pakosławice communes in cooperation with the applicant’s diagnosis of the need for support. The diagnosis based on the standards of quality and objectivity in the education system (VIII-X 2015) were approved by the school’s authorities, i.e. The municipal offices of Pakosławice and Kamiennik. The diagnosis indicates the area of the necessary intervention related to the existence of problems/difficulties in knowledge acquisition by pupils and pupils due to individual development needs, indicates the scope of support for individual talents and potentials and the specific requirements that teachers employed in schools have to meet in order to respond to the complex educational and educational situation in the schools of both municipalities. Adequate to the diagnosed situation, most support is directed to pupils and pupils, the support of teachers is complementary and is directly related to the needs of pupils and pupils.The aim of the project was to equal opportunities in terms of equal opportunities for children and young people living and learning in poorly urban areas, but also putting emphasis on strengthening disadvantaged groups, including disabled people, unsuitable communities or living in the living. Support in the field of key competences in mathematics, nature, foreign languages and social comp. (innovation, creativity, group working skills) and learning skills and ICT will strengthen the potential of teachers and students and their future situation in the labour market. Modernising school work through the implementation of nature teaching using experimental methods and equipping and equipping facilities with teaching aids and ICT equipment will extend the results of the project for many years. Better competences of teachers from schools will translate into a consistent improvement in the quality of education in both municipalities. (English)
